Needed exterior caulking done on my new home. Called Green Tech in mid September and spoke to the owner (Jan) . A week later he came and did a thorough inspection of the work needed. Within minutes, he provided a detailed quote via e-mail for me to review. No pressure whatsoever. After agreeing to go ahead, the work was completed a few weeks later. Took one full day. The result? A+ quality. Excellent attention to detail. Jan is very cordial and professional, directly and promptly responding to my questions and concerns: he aims to please! Hard to find honest, trustworthy, customer-centered companies out there....Green Tech Sealants is one of them!

My wife and I bought a 4 year old home and to our surprise, it had no exterior caulking and a leak.Even though Green Tech was booking a couple of months out, Jan and his team fit my house in within a week. This meant he didn’t always get to show up when he hoped to, but the whole job was done within a few days of beginning.Not only did he go out of his way to help us, he did a phenomenal job on the caulking. The one or two things that I wasn’t 100% happy with, he came back even after being paid in full for the job to polish it off.Going with any other company would be a mistake. Green Tech re-sealed the exterior windows and doors of our home, as the original seals had shrunk/cracked with age. Our experience was very positive – they were super responsive and easy to deal with. They came on time, did a great job, and provide a 10yr warranty. Would highly recommend GreenTech Sealants after the recent work done our house. Jan came out to our house and provided a very reasonable quote of services. His crew came shortly after and removed the original caulking that was cracking and done sloppy... and did an exceptional job with the new caulking installation. All 9 windows and doors look great and the attention to detail + experience of the installers is easily noticeable through the clean lines and craftsmanship. We couldn’t be happier with the new appearance. After attempting to tackle this project myself... in the end, I’m more than happy to have paid the professionals to get this one done.
