Amazing customer service from the Brampton location. I went last minute Christmas shopping, therefore it was expected to be extremely busy but every staff member I encountered had a positive attitude and was helpful. My order was completed in a very reasonable time frame as well. Admittedly, I made a spelling error on my own custom order and asked a staff member, Jermaine, if it could be corrected. They were willing to help me out and I’m grateful for the excellent customer service today.

Their printing quality is great. Their fabric material is very low. You may have ideas for a shirt, but you are forced to use their website to map it out. This in turn requires you to use their poor quality fabric material. In short, you do all of the work to design your shirt, and the company creates the shirt with the design you ask for, but with low quality material.

Got a baby onesie made to announce a pregnancy for a family member. Was made perfectly ONLY thing that was kindof annoying was when I got to the store, there were 2 employees working (1 helping a customer and the other trying to load the computer). Once the other customer left, the employee told me to wait for the computer to load with the other employee. I was waiting for about 15 mins before he said, okay just use this computer. He could’ve just let his coworker use the computer in the first place instead of making me wait there for X amount of time..

DJ was awesome! He was kind and calm and accommodating while helping me create two t shirts for my dad's 70th! Highly recommend Tshirt Time!

Gave them a design we wanted and they were able to complete it within a short amount of time. Cheaper than ordering from online stores, and amazing quality
