Worst customer service ever, they scammed me out of a lot of money and refused to refund my credit Card, never do business with these scammers. I did do a Visa- Fraud dispute but had to wait for my funds to be returned.

Have been getting non-stop phone calls from this company's fax machine, two minutes apart. Called the number back and left a message to take my number off of the fax list. Still got calls. Found another number and called their technical support and got a snarky individual that got nicer by the end of the conversation - but said he would help try to stop the fax calls from coming to my place of business' phone number. But as of right now, I've gotten about 20 calls from this company's fax machine.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! They just keep repeating the same thing over and over again. They have a horrible no refund policy. They charged me for their fax service and when I went to cancel my account they wouldn't reimburse me for A YEAR!!!! of payments. If I am not using their fax service anymore why should I have to pay for next years payment before its even happened. They should have given me back 10 months of payment because only 2 months have passed for the new year of payment. This whole experience has made me question companies like this and I hope I can warn people of my experience so they don't make the same one.

Our business continues to get unwanted fax and calls from this company. if this continues we will contact the Attorney Generals office.

This company calls our business line and no one is on the other end when answered...just fax beeps. We received 4 calls within 7 minutes, then an hour later received 7 calls within 37 minutes. They ignore DNC requests. I would not do business with this company just based on their phone calling techniques

Receiving non stop call... no one on the line, just a annoying beeping>!
