Order to 500 watt kids ATV for my granddaughter. From pocketbike Canada flawless ordering process tracking number received two days later because I ordered on a Friday, bike one day late from shipping estimate.When I received the ATV the body work was cracked and broke front and rear. Notified the company the next day and fill the warranty out. Send pictures and I received my new body work a week later. I don't know why these guys have a bad rep because they treated me perfect. Thanks again

I picked up 2 new tires and didn't get 100km on them when one exploded. The other one was bulging so I threw them out.Like throwing away money while putting your life at risk.

Terrible, will not deal with them again! They confirmed shipment and billed for parts they didn't have. No response to repeated emails. Finally got them on the phone and, after insisting found out what was going on. I was assured that they would not charge me but was actually billed several days after they created a shipment tracking number for non-existent parts (had already been billed long before talking to the very unhelpful person). Now no response to multiple emails or phone messages to get the charges reversed. My only recourse is to wait almost two months to contest the charge on my credit card. Either they are completely disorganized or intentionally taking money for things they don't have. Don't waste your time and money with these people! PS Wish I'd read the other bad reviews before deciding to order from them and would not have done so.

Horrible experience. Ordered a mini electric Atv in May, for my son. It got here the end of June, which is to be expected during this whole pandemic. But the bike came with broken AND missing pieces. I called them and sent pictures, they said they will send me what they can, but unfortunately they don't have all the pieces I need in stock. One of the pieces is a charger. Had the bike almost 3 weeks now and my son still can't use it.

got a bike from them trust me just stay far from there product horrible i wish i never bought it.

Ordered a body kit and seat online, website said that they had it both in stock, took two weeks to figure out they didn't have either and couldn't order anymore in.. Took numerous phone calls to get a refund processed.. Whole ordeal took a month and the website still shows both items in stock! Highly recommend calling and actually confirming parts are in warehouse before ordering online

Horrible experience. Pocket Bike has ignored my NUMEROUS EMAIL AND PHONE requests - made during the last five weeks - to send me the documents required to insure the 3,000.00 ATV I bought from it.If you are looking to insure a small ATV DON’T BUY IT FROM THIS PLACE.

I found their website while I was looking for a rim for a pit bike I have. I found the rim I think I wanted but the website has no pictures or product dimensions so I sent them a message asking for the dimensions I needed to know before ordering. I waited a few days and didn't get a reply so I gave them a call. I ecplained the situation to the guy on the phone and he looked up the part on their website and said yeah

It took 3 months to receive the atv which was due to covid in 2020.. but I had to call every 2 weeks as they did not email or call to keep me informed. Numerous unanswered emails and in the end I did not receive the cover I paid for. More emails were sent and to this day I have not received it.

Love this company. Very professional with all of my dealings. I had a problem with my order and they sent me a new one free of charge.
