Good afternoon there! I had experience with magnetic resonance for my head.I receive my appointment fast, they comunicate by sent me email and phone call to confirm an appointment. Good!after..1. I missed my first appointment. 2.I tried hard to find correct address for second appointment.For my first appointment I follow by email , went to Brossard (it’s head office). Only that full address location was sent to me.For my second appointment I arrived by 104-233 RUE TURGEONSAINTE-THÉRÈSE (QC), J7E3J8 That’s google shows 104 rue Turgeon!!! i realise that is office 104 but not a building number!Twice I was very disappointing and wanted to cry to spent 40 min to drove there and 50 min spent in traffic back in first day, and lost in second day!Yes,  I am not local, Yes, I don’t know Montreal well. Yes, I use my google and wize navigator systems,  And I found that is missing well explanation for address what you sent guys to patients.I paid cash $685 for that service?! very upset (((Please,Correct and do better service for Us as your patients.When I got clinic, THey took Me straight, did good and fast exam, I was ok at the end,  but also strange they don't have professional doctor who can ready result after examination (( sounds very strange for Me! paid 685.. just for machine, i found its very very expensive!!!Best,Jenya Alexandrova

After 2 weeks arrangement at work and all, went for my MRI appointment yesterday, as soon as I got to the front desk, the first question was, do you know here is private? So my answer obviously was “yes” . So I asked my question and told them, can you reconfirm that today you are going to perform my both exams as prescribed by doctor, she said yes we know, I felt like something is wrong, so I repeated myself, she went and checked with somebody else, then she came back saying no we are only going to do the abdomen!!! Could you imagine, if you know nothing about your prescription, they won’t inform you, so pay all $$$ , and still your exam will remain incomplete, and you won’t know it!!! Really!!!so disappointed, there is huge lack of professionalism. For God sake, respect patients trusted in you and dreaming to be in Good hands by paying private cost, to expedite the diagnosis process and find a cure to their pain.

I have had not a good experience with the clinic.1) Be careful you might pay for the staff, that you didn’t get and would not even hear a little “sorry “ for the mistake. In my case I was charged 150 dollars more for the contrast, that finally wasn’t used for the examination. And if I didn’t asked about it the bill would be like with contrast , because you are paying bevor the examination.1)If you are an anglophone you are not welcome there! I got a questionnaire before the examination in French, sought I have asked them to speak English with me. And I was told to pay 50 dollars extra to get my report in English. Such sort of discrimination because of language in a private clinic I find unacceptable!I have nothing against French, but wenn I am getting documents concerning my health I think I have the right as an English Canadian to get it in English without extra charges.

I got an excellent service and would have rated 5 stars on that one only. I went for my wife to book an appointment for her and this also went very well. On place, my wife had her bladder too full and had to pee and when I said at the front desk that she’ll have to pee, they told me they couldn’t do her appointment if she pees… she really had to go, well, I told my wife to go and that we would book another appointment since we were already 10 minutes past the time of her due appointment and only at that time the front desk person said my wife could pee just a little bit (something my wife intended to do beforehand of course). Delays of appointment are a possibility and rude front desk is also a possibility. There’s me though a five star man patient to note in that comment, no waiting, excellent service. Overall: 3 stars, sorry.

My 11 yr old daughter had to get a cerebral MRI. She was incredibly nervous but the MRI technician did everything she could to ease her fears. The tech spoke to her softly and gave her positive feedback every step of the way. Thank you!!!

They simply don’t understand the concept of appointment! If you don’t have hours to loose search another place! Stay away!I almost missed another appointment which was 3 hours later for a simple echography! And I had an appointment at the opening hours. They start calling peoples only after we start asking questions about the delay like they had an extended coffee break!
