Bought some horse fly boots from here. $100. I was told I could try them on and return if not the right size. Wrong!! When I returned them they said they were used and they couldn't take them back. I just tried them on the horse and they were too big, so took them off and put back in package. Super poor service and communication.

The staff (owners) are tremendous. A++ customer service. Very knowledgeable about their products. Good inventory levels. Order online and pickup in store next day. Highly recommend checking here BEFORE checking Amazon.
