Five stars to Liz at the beauty boutique for the quality of her service and the level of professionalism are truly exceptional!!!Love shopping at this location in general coz they have the one of the widest selection of products and the staff is generally pretty friendly. But Liz at the cosmetic department is the one I’ve consistently had delightful and pleasant experiences with, and got me think I should write a review coz her expertise, patience and professionalism really deserves recognition.I’ve wasted so much money on skincare and foundations coz for some reasons, the salespersons I encountered before either just weren’t that experienced with color matching and recommending products based on the need and skin condition of the customers or only cared about making the highest commissions. The thing I loved immediately about Liz is that she cares to spend time with me trying to understand my skin and concerns first. I could tell she genuinely loves what she does and wants to help me find the right product.During my last visit, I asked for products like dry shampoos and hair dyes that are usually sold in the front aisles, she even insisted taking me to the aisles in case I got lost instead of saving the time to help new walk in customers at the time who surely looked like big spenders. Let’s be honest, she could’ve made more sales but she just asked her coworkers to take care of them. I’m super impressed and decided to leave a review. And during all my visits, she didn’t push for sales at all and just made recommendations only based on my inquires. When I debated between different scents of the perfumes, she even offered me samples to try on at home so I could make better decisions.I could go on but well, if you ever need to buy cosmetics or other products, look for Liz and you will see yourself. I’m just glad I’ve finally found someone who I can count on to achieve my beauty goals while getting my money’s worth!P.s this location has all Chanel, Dior and YSL products so I don’t have to make separate trips especially when I want to have more gift options to explore. You could call and ask for Liz and even ask her to put products on hold for you, which is what I usually do so my favorite items won’t be sold out by the time I visit.

Worst customer experience ever. We had to wait in line to pay cause the csr wanted to touch and chat about everything the client in front of us was buying. The csr had a finger splint, so we thought this is what is slowing her down and her partner can process three people in the same time. The best part was she did not charge us for the 100 dollar shaver we had, as we walked out notice this go back and tell her. She charges us for it we ask for a bag and she says sorry store policy eveyone has to pay 40 cents for the bag. Really we just saved you 100bucks. Not going back there

Their products are various but its location on the top floor of the mall made me decide to buy from another branch near home instead of carrying a bag while shopping in the mall.Overall is satisfying, a good place to find almost everything, some products they offered better prices than other stores and its quality and packages always look nice and clean.

Had the absolute worst experience ever. Came in on Sunday with a friend to buy some new Chanel and Dior makeup along with stocking up on my usual Embryolisse moisturizer. I’ve never been fond of this location in particular but, will stop by if I’m in the area. We were approached by an Asian woman and offered help, we let her know we’re still looking and will ask for help if needed. We were swatching some shades and then all of a sudden she comes up and starts following us. We were trying to back away and she kept coming closer. She didn’t give us any space to look or find what we wanted. To get her to stop following us, we tried to get to the other side of the store by the moisturizers and she walks 1cm behind us the entire time, not even kidding she was so close to me I felt extremely uncomfortable. So did my friend. I told her more than once that we’re good and don’t need any help. She still wouldn’t leave us alone. I understand working on commission and wanting sales but this is no way to treat a customer. I’ve been a customer at shoppers for over 15 years, alongside my mom. We always buy majority of our fragrances and makeup here. I’ve never once had an experience like this. We ended up feeling so uncomfortable we left and didn’t purchase anything. She followed us right up until we were right outside the entrance of the store. I found this so strange and weird, never in my life have I encountered this before in any store, whether it’s high-end or not. I will never come back to this location. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Train your staff to have more respect of people’s personal space. I really should have complained to the manager but, I didn’t wanna create a problem. However, I am really dissatisfied. Please save yourself the trouble and go anywhere but this location. Honestly, scratch that, go to Hudson’s Bay instead, their customer service is a million times better. Still can’t believe this happened.

No wonder Google Reviews gave this store a score of 2.7!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would.The worst experience I've ever had here. I even felt prejudiced and unfairly treated since Sylvia at the beauty department seemed to be poorly trained and was so haughty. The store manager didn't seem to care about the complaints made by customers.

The worst Shoppers ever! And their beauty place is owned by a third party that refuse to scan PC optimum card! For real?! I went there today to redeem a perfume coupon, the lady who was entering my order she refused to scan my card, she just said no! That their policy say so! I asked can I see that in your policy or even in my coupon! The answer was no! Oh okay, well! I said then cancel my order, she said no as well! Wait what!! You don’t want to cancel?! And even she was holding tight my coupon and didn’t want to give it back to me! Weird, never had this experience with any shoppers I have ever visited! Don’t go there, they are scammers!!

Always have great customer service with Rinku at the beauty boutique! She is very knowledgeable about the products and is always so friendly and helpful. I always trust her product recommendations. Really appreciate her patience and kindness!! Thank you Rinku!

Nino is such a nice lady . I bought a perfume for my dad three weeks ago and she helped me a lot . She packed them very nicely and also gave me some samples . She is so polite and kind . Thanks nino . You are the best

An incident that occurred during my recent visit to your store, which left me and my friend feeling inconvenienced and uncomfortable. While we were carefully selecting our items in one of the aisles, a staff member with an empty loading cart suddenly cut right in front of us, showing no consideration for our presence. This action startled us and even posed a safety risk. It is disappointing to witness such thoughtless behavior from your staff towards customers.However, I am pleased to share that another staff member, who was working nearby the Uriage" cash register area

I was disappointed with the poor CS tonight as i sought to do an exchange on a faulty product of dental floss, The supervisor at the till wanted to not exchange as i showed my receipt dated Mar 23/23. She was going to refuse & i said i had found it faulty this past Mon. She checked with another staff & agreed to exchange it. She was not that friendly or apologetic after agreeing to exchange it. It was a very negative experience & felt that SDM does not want to stand behind their products when they have a policy of a certain returning faulty products. Attempted to call the 1-800 CS # & they are closed & searched for their hrs without success. I will call another day. This discourages to wanting to shop at their store as it was a very simple request to exchange a faulty product & it was made difficult.
