At met hospital goyeau campus, one security guard was IMMEDIATELY rude, ignorant and stand-offish. Totally looks like he hates his job because calling to find a patient was so laborious for him. And then KEEPING me from my 81 year old mom by telling me I wasn't allowed to swap places with my 84 year old dad. My dad can speak English but has bad hearing, does not understand medical terminology and had a tia the month before. So to have this security guard say they didn't say there was a language barrier" was infuriating. So HE brought my dad his hat and sweater and oh! Lo and behold

Had a very rude guard at met cancer clinic....had the poor judgment to ask me if i was even a cancer patient......horrible to even think to ask that....very unprofessional....mets fault for even asking for $from cancer patients for parking!

Today at 7 am my daughter with extreme mental health issues was at Met hospital where one of your employees decided it was in there best interest to belittle her and say some very disrespectful hurtful things. I recommend you supply the hospital with trained professionals who are able to react to people in distressed circumstances especially at the hospital .

Paladin is a good standing company.The company cares for their employees and try their best to accommodate them. All the patrolling supervisors are best . Both schedulers Krizstina and Jocelyn are great. Highly recommended to everyone to work with them .
