Went for an oil change in october, found out at my next oil change in may 2019 that southarm didnt change my oil filter and probably didnt even change my oil!!! Ripped off ! Never going back, would not recommend

I Google searched for a mechanic near me and decided to go see Ram at Southarm Auto Service Shop.I'm glad I did! I'll be taking my minivan to him for regular service and repairs.He's reasonable, practical, honest, knowledgeable, and accommodating.

Amazing service. I needed a per-purchase vehicle inspection doing. Ram was able to book me in fairly last minute, did a full inspection and emailed over the details. Ram also gave me some of his time for a chat on the phone and shared his opinions. The service felt very professional yet also personal and trustworthy. I will definitely go back next time and would recommend Ram to my friends.
