Might have given 0 rating, brought my car for repair. On the pickup date i mentioned door window is not rolling up and down they said they will figure out. Later their boss came to a decision they will look out and if it is not repair related I have to pay for the inspection as well. Moreover they stole my bluetooth transmitter, i reported it as well they said buy a new one and show us the receipt when I did that they said now their boss refused to pay for it as well. Misscommuncations in this shop, no authority no responsibility, time waste.

Absolutely horrible horrible horrible experience. I’m not one for writing reviews but I had to for JP subaru collision and glass on Dugald rd. It took 9 months to fix my vehicle, for which we heard every excuse for why it wasn’t getting completed. This included Covid affecting part shipments, a change in management, machines broken, injured employees, employees on vacations.. Also when I got updates I would get a different reason and time frame for my vehicle every time. One time I received a call saying they were only waiting on a headlight and everything else was completed, therefore it would take only another 3 weeks for the vehicle to be completed. That was at the 4 month mark! I also called for an update, spoke to an employee who called me two days later, didn’t remember we spoke, and had a whole new story why the car wasn’t getting done. They will lie to you to save face. Lastly they didn’t have enough courtesy cars so I went the first 6 month without one and after I received one i had to drive back into the city from where I live out of town to return the car for a new one. Just a chaotic, unorganized, and unreliable business. After I received my car I had to bring it back 3 TIMES because things werent fixed properly! Maybe the south location would be better?

Just dropped of the 4runner today but so far Customer service was Fantastic.I Will have a full review here as my 4Runner came back from Paint with mixed Results. The Manager at this location was very helpful and will be fixing up the problems I have. All work had to be re done ill presume it was a lazy prep painter.My ride was there for a total of 5 weeks for 1 autopac claim.Picked up the last time when everything should have been fixed a second time and things still not looking like a new vehicle again.The manager himself fixed my problems and the end if it wasn't for him I would have went somewhere else.

Worst service ever!I had an accident and front bumper needed to be replaced together with some other parts. After receiving my vehicle back, I have noticed that the front bumper is not attached properly and badly scratched on the bottom of the bumper. After a 30 min of arguing I told them that I won’t accept the newly repaired vehicle in such condition. I told them that they can leave the scratch alone and just get new clips for the bumper and replace them. They agreed to it. They took my vehicle back and three days later they told me its repaired. About six months later the bumper started to fall off. I went back to the shop and showed them. It’s turned out that instead of reattaching it with new clips they put some hardening glue in it. They denied that they did it and blamed me that I put some glue in it.

Bad workmanship. Absolutely careless. Vehicle Toyota Venza - done August 2022. Talking to their GM doesn't help - the same bad service. Do not go there to get your vehicle fixed!

This is my second time replacing windshield in JP, excellent job for the first time but not this time. Giving 2 stars for fast work and friendly staff, which was consistent to the previous visit; lossing 1 star for causing defect to headliner after installing new windshield; lossing another 2 stars for not resolving the defect and non-effective communication with their GM, Don. Yes, Don contacted me once and then no more followup for 5 weeks. He replies reviews but don't believe he would do any actual help. Don't send your vehicle here unless you need the repair immediately.

My biggest mistake ever to choose this dealership for my vehicle repair. My vehicle's rear passenger side quarter panel required body work and other damages due to frontal impact required rear bumper and front bumper replaced. I could have gone to any other repair shop but I expected that vehicle repair at dealership will be done more professionally they will deliver quality work. On the day of vehicle pickup I was surprised to see poor workmanship. Here is the list of deficiencies1) Assembly parts were missing.2) Panel clips were missing on multiple places.3) Screws and bolts were missing on multiple places.4) Front bumper grill was very poor, lock clips of plastic parts were not assembled appropriately.5) Quarter panel body work done so poor that its causing oil Canning" effect on body work.I refused to pickup the vehicle. Next day when I went pick up vehicle

We have worked with Jim Pattison Collision & Glass on two occasions and they have provided us with superb service. Kim has been fantastic to deal with and she treated us with grace and class. During our last visit, there was extra work that was required to be fixed by MPI than originally stated and Maurice went to bat for us. Kim called us with the great news the moment it was approved. Kim also made sure that our replacement vehicle fit our family's needs because we needed to be parted from our vehicle for 10 days. There was a consistent rust issue that we had noticed on the back of our 2018 vehicle which had only been superficially taken care of by the dealership. Maurice and his skilled tech team actually found the root cause and fixed the issue once and for all. And finally, to top off the already fabulous service, when we picked up our vehicle, they had cleaned the outside and inside so thoroughly and so well that we felt like we had just purchased a brand spanking new vehicle. What a great gift! I highly recommend them.

In the fall of 2022, for the first time in my life, I struck and killed a deer with my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek, resulting in considerable front-end damage. Then again, on January 25th, 2023, the rear passenger window was smashed by a vandal.On both occasions, the staff of Jim Pattison Collision and Glass were excellent. Their customer service was exceptional. Because of supply delays on parts, they kept me informed, provided a replacement car, vacuumed, covered, and taped my shattered window. They didn't have to, but they even provided emotional support as both of these events left me quite shaken. Thank you, Axel, Tyler, Kim, Brett, and all the staff who worked on my car and gave me my baby back looking as good as new! ❤️

On a tacoma sport with 12000kms , 2 fender flares were coming off. Brought the truck in in February. When i pushed to have the work done, they did it in June. The truck came back wth some paint coming off where they pulled the old flare off. I told them to repaint the fender properly (no pen paint). I finally got the truck back, cleaned and looked ok. Just now i noticed the inner wheel skirt is broken at one of the bolt places to the fender!! The main point is that they would have released the truck back to me, and probably later not admitted to their damaging the paint, i will let them know about the inner wheel well skirt...
