Tesla Collision

I Recently picked up my car from the Tesla collision centre in Oakville. After the damage was done to my car I knew I only wanted the official Tesla collision repair shop to touch my car and I’m very glad I made that decision. Everyone at this location was extremely friendly and knowledgeable however I specifically dealt with Steven. Steven constantly went out of his way to keep me updated throughout every step of the process, I was repeatedly provided a clear understanding of what was going on and their strategies of fixing it. From all of my emails, messages and phone calls I was always replied to extremely promptly with a full explanation helping me fully understand what was going on. From dropping off the vehicle, to the repair process, to picking up my car there was not 1 negative thing I experienced during this process. Something I hope to see in the future is more Tesla collision centres in Canada to ensure accessibility to everyone as they are the only people I would trust with my car. While Steven did an outstanding job I’m sure anyone at this shop would’ve been excellent as it seemed like a very well run place. I’m extremely happy to be back in my (now perfect) car and if anything else ever happens to my vehicle this place will be my only consideration. 10/10 went above and beyond my expectations, would certainly recommend.

I had an outstanding experience with the Tesla collision center. From the moment I reported my damage through the Tesla app, I was in constant communication with the location. Tesla collision worked seamlessly with my insurance adjuster to make all the repairs happen completely to my satisfaction. The facility, although new, provided a lot of creature comforts like drinks and coffee. The staff was very helpful, and they even contacted the car rental agency when I couldn’t! When I picked up the car, I had a few questions about some of the work and they immediately corrected it. Thomas was fantastic , and again, I would highly recommend the facility. It’s a real shame that they don’t do other vehicles, because I would be happy to bring one of my other ones to them.

Great service. Required a new front fender and repaint after a minor accident. My car shockingly looks even better than before the accident. Many thanks to Jackson and crew for their excellent service!

Jackson and his team at the collision center took care of our model 3, which was involved in a minor accident on the right side fender and bumper.It's was super easy to deal with them since everything was thru the Tesla mobile app. I dropped of the vehicle and got it back in 1.5 weeks. Jackson was super friendly and professional to deal with. If you have a Tesla vehicle involved in a collision, you'll have to come here. All the other 3rd party affiliated collision centre with not have proper skill set to fix your Tesla vehicle properly....

My experience with Thomas and others at Tesla was exceptional. I have never felt as valued as an auto service customer. The initial contact was quick and effortless, the estimate prompt and accurate and any questions and interactions with insurance company quickly and politely and effectively addressed.All of this was accomplished on line—then we finally met Thomas who was gracious and sensitive to our need to expedite repair. The ladies at the front desk were delightful and helpful. And we found the bodywork done by your crew immaculate. Thomas showed me how to reduce the risk of recurrence of the accident (there’s a trunk limit switch..who knew?)and I’m back to loving my Tesla for hopefully uneventful years to come. Your staff made what started as a distressful incident, painless. They’re a credit to your company.

I had to take my Model Y in for a window replacement. Micah was absolutely amazing to deal with. She was very kind and caring. She got us in as quickly as possible in order to accommodate our work and travel schedules. Jackson was also great. He followed the appointment up with an email checking in to see that everything was done that we expected. The car was even returned freshly cleaned both inside and out. Thanks so much for the great service!

They both understand the meaning of excellent customer service and delivered informative and quick responses. The work performed on our Tesla was excellent and the car was returned super clean - it was all good. Thomas and Micah are true brand ambassadors and the repair team was great.

I brought my model 3 to have the windshield replaced, as got a couple of small but unrepairable stone chips.The attention, friendliness and professionalism from Jackson and Micah was outstanding.The only caveat was the new windshield was scratched, which I noticed once back home, so had to bring the car back to get it replaced again. Regardless, Jackson constantly made sure my car was repaired to my satisfaction.

Amazing pleasant experience all around. Friendly, courteous, hard-working and to the point people, starting with the secretary at the desk and finishing with the managing staff. Made me feel comfortable right away. Listened and accommodated the appointment within a week. Quoted and charged half of what another Tesla approved shop suggested. Had my car repaired twice already. Took just a week each time. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone with a Tesla. Will never use another workshop again. This is the place!

I had extensive damage to my Model 3 and I was glad that I brought it to Tesla collision.They did excellent work and were very transparent and open about the process and issues with parts and supply chains.Jackson was my main point of contact and he was great. His colleagues were also very helpful.
