I have never seen such a lack of professionalism in my life!They made a decision without consulting the client. They contacted all other parties before even telling the client about the change!They were gonna push back a hearing because another case showed up, whilst this day has been in the agenda and set up since this winter!The client became upset and told them that they were and what did this company do? They dropped them! With less than a week before the hearing! You don't do that! And to top it off, they will no speak directly to the client! So, no balls and no work ethic! Childish behavior and does not take responsibly for their own mistakes. No apologies given!Plus, they charge by the minute! They will charge you 15 minutes just to receive and email for your case! You will be charge extra when they read the email!!!seriously people, if you're thinking that you will save money and this is the best option I would be very weary of them.

Terrible experience. I DO NOT recommend their services. Cost me a little over 1000$ just so they can tell me that my case has little to no chance in succeeding. I blame lack of knowledge and experience on this. Really terrible ! STAY AWAY. Je ne recommande pas du tout. Mille dollars pour me dire qu’il y a peu de chance de succès à mon dossier. Je comprend les frais d’ouverture dossier etc et recherches initiale mais te charger pour communication courriel qu’ils ont avec toi ?? Lol what a joke. It’s a Mickey Mouse operation. You have been warned. They could have simply charged me for opening case and could have been less predatory in what they charged me for. Bottom line : big invoice for absolutely NOTHING. I’m surprised what they charge is not illegal. Literally disgusting. The female lawyer was there just to make an easy and quick paycheque. Period. ZERO interest in my case.

Maybe it just depends on which lawyer you get, but the one I had would not have led me to the desired outcome if I listened to her advice. Once, I let her go, I negotiated a better deal for myself.

Vraiment déçu, manque de professionnalisme! Le service est médiocre, montre aucun intérêt sur le cas! que des grosses facturations pour rien en retour. A éviter l'avocate est juste la pour encaisser merci bon soir.

N'allez surtout pas à cet endroit!!! Mon fils est sans revenu. Il a fallu qu'il se déplace , donne toutes ses informations personnels avant que NON PAS UN AVOCAT mais un STAGIÈRE lui explique leurs procédures. Il n'a pas voulu poursuivre avec eux puisqu'il n'était vraiment à l'aise avec leur façon de faire. ILS ONT ESSAYÉ DE PRÉLEVER 300$ dans son compte!!!! Puisqu'il n'y avait pas de fond, ils ont ajouté 90$ de frais!!! Mon fils leur avait signifier son intention de ne pas poursuivre via courriel . Il a parlé avec la secrétaire qui considère que même s'il n' reçu AUCUN conseils juridiques, il doit payer la consultation de frais d'ouverture de dossier!!! Elle lui a répondu qu'elle déduirait les frais mais qu'i, devra tout de même payer ce montant sans quoi il se retrouvera avec une mise en demeure !!!! C'est vraiment aberrant de PROFITER de la vulnérabilité des gens. En ce sens, je vais l'aider à faire une plainte au Barreau afin que cesse leur procédure abusive * Bureau Longueuil

Il vous dit que ils vont à votre budget mais afin du compte quand c'est passé payant pour eux il me il dit que ils ont trop d'ouvrage. Je ne crée pas à ça. Bref, c'est mon opinion à moi

Oy vey. the way I’m being treated feels like discrimination. Vanessa Annunzi are you alright or do you have a problem with me? if you want to refund me for all the work I paid for you can and I can start over with someone else but if not I have to continue with you and I would appreciate if you listened to me. I don’t have much energy to write to you repeating things while you repeat the same wrong things and ignore my questions while treating me like you’re a cop . I’m really lost and exhausted here. Also finding that although email communication should be simpler it’s been sooo exhausting. I’m in awe rly. Hardly hanging in there getting these things done even though I don’t have a job rn. Yes I’m disabled but still.

I would like to give my amazing review to Me Jacques and Me Annunzi for their responsiveness, professionalism, their readiness. How prepared they were for my case. I would 100% recommend them as lawyers. I've had my fair share but when it came to them I was very happy with the service I was provided, they answered to my needs and fought til the end with me.
