Earthworks Tree Service was professional and informative. Christopher came out to give me an estimate to prune a tree and not only was he friendly but he was very knowledgeable. He let me know the exact extent of work that needed to be done and also took the time to educate me on the tree itself. His time was greatly appreciated and I would definitely use Earthworks for any future projects that might come up!

Earthworks was easy to work with, professional, and knows their trade. Their estimator came out the day after I called to inspect the work and give me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and told me what trees I needed to take care of now, which ones could wait, and which ones were just fine. They scheduled the actual service, called me to confirm times, and called when they were on their way out for the appointment. The crew was very communicative about what they were doing and continually asked if I was happy with they way they were trimming certain trees. They even did some smaller last second items I suddenly decided I needed done. I have a little more work I need done in a year or so and I will definitely be using them again.

We can't say enough good things about Earthworks! Christopher came out and spent 30 minutes with us discussing our various concerns with several trees. He was a wealth of information, and was extremely honest and thorough about explaining what work actually *needed* to be done. In our case, this turned out to be less than we'd thought which was a pleasant surprise. A business that operates ethically and considers the long-term health of trees and building client trust over quick profits is invaluable to us and I think we've found our arborists for all our future needs! We had a tall maple that was damaged in a windstorm and was potentially going to fall on our carport. An arborist who no longer does tree work on Lummi Island referred me to Earthworks. After sending Brandon, the owner, photos of the damaged maple, he arranged to have a crew come out the very next day. The three person crew quickly and efficiently took down the hazardous limbs without doing any damage to our surrounding trees, our carport, or our utility box that was right beneath the maple. I couldn't have been happier with the work.

Earthworks tree service was recommended to us by a neighbor and they impressed us from the start. The arborist Christopher was super sharp and friendly. He walked our property with us and recommended work that would that would protect our home and also told us what was not necessary. A trusted advisor for sure. When the Earthworks crew came out to do the work, I could see that they were a very professional well-run company. They had great looking trucks and equipment, and a bunch of crew members that worked well together and had all of the safety gear. They worked quickly to take down three large trees and one small one plus cut back numerous high branches growing towards my house. They even helped touch up some of the trimming work I had already done. If you have some tree work you need done or think you need done, I highly recommend calling these guys first!

I called and spoke with Earthworks about looking at my project and sending me a quote. They completely forgot about me. But, they apologized and said they’d send someone out and send me a quote. Someone came out, but still no quote. Again, they apologized and said they’d get me a quote. Several days later, still no quote. I spoke with them one more time and they promised a quote by the following day. It never came.Based on previous reviews, they do a great job. So, I was disappointed when I couldn’t get them to help me with my job.UPDATE: Earthworks contacted me and explained the situation. I had already done most of the job myself. But, they were able to finish it up for me. I appreciate how friendly and professional they’ve been throughout. Seems like my situation was an outlier and they really worked to make it right.

A huge thank you to Brandon and the whole crew at Earthworks! You guys were all so professional and easy to work with. It was really unfortunate that just a few weeks after a thorough and quality trim was done on my 100' fir, the tree had to be taken down completely due to unrelated damage from a neighbor's unscrupulous contractor. Thank you for working with me to make the removal as painless as possible and for going the extra mile on the stump grinding. A nice Aspen or similar will take its place soon and hopefully provide beauty and shade for many years. Now I know why all my homeowner friends recommended Earthworks and I'm glad to be able to do the same!
