I had called to top up Saturday and my payments were not going through. I then checked my account to see that I was charged $45.20 from freedom and that is why my auto top up was bounced back. I contacted support to see why for them to tell me I was not charged. The call dropped multiple times before I got any help from them. I immediately switched phone providers as I felt it was unprofessional to overcharge someone to top up, then tell them you did not charge them and when receiving proof the payment went through refusing to add it to my account. I then after switching providers received an email confirmation that my payment went through from freedom. I do not recommend at all as the call center people are very unprofessional even going as far as calling me a liar.

What kinda of employees are hired here ! The store was not open . Sad to say I did have a good experience with a new employee there named jad. I've also had great experiences with sama, and the manager Crystal . So I'm a bit shocked to see the store closed. I'm angry because I wasted my time driving to the mall where I'm already on a tight time schedule !Who ever you have responsible for opening this store, needs to be disciplined.

Sama did a great job, very nice, kind and knowledgeable explanation, was very polite and listened my query with patience,Will definitely go back to this location!

Went to this location because my new phone broke and was covered under warranty. One of freedoms repair option is bringing your phone in to a repair center and getting a loaner while yours is sent out. I was told by the two employees working that they didn't do that and I would have to go through the manufacturer of the phone. I double checked that I was correct about the repair process and showed the employees where it described this repair option online. They then said they didn't know how to do it and when I suggested they call someone who did, they said their manager was on vacation.at which point I called the 1800 number and got confirmation that these employees simply didn't know how to do their job and had no desire to figure it out. Ended up having to drive to the Tecumseh mall location where the employees took care of me easily and with no issues. Happened Friday August 19th at 530 pm with two bearded men in ball caps, one with glasses.

So far had very good experience with two interactions here. Once for sim change and 2nd change of ownership. Please note google maps shows wrong location. It is between Cogeco & Artisan grill.

Hands down the best freedom mobile in all of Canada !!! How do I know ? Well I move around a lot and have visited quite a few storesIt’s no surprise tho , after speaking with the stores manager, Crystal I was blown away.. Her staff was lined up ready to work.Not sure what their dress code is but everyone was dressed sharpIt’s so off putting when you walk into a store and people are sitting down wearing basketball capsEveryone in this store was clean cut . You had Some workers cleaning , others helping customersI bought a phone in which they went over all the details , from warranty to monthly paymentsI left feeling greatI highly recommend this storeThank you to jetttt and jadThey were excellentJ&j are going to be my new go to guys

I dealt with Crystal on Wed - she was dynamite!! An absolute asset to this company and I hope she is appreciated. So knowledgeable, friendly, approachable, she was very kind to my teenage step-son and even shook his hand at the end of our transaction to thank him for being such a pleasure to deal with. If you leave a cell phone store feeling better about yourself than when you went in - now that’s a great employee! It’s a long process, just due to the nature of switching providers but she was efficient and knowledgeable. If I owned a customer service business, I would be trying to poach Crystal S.!

Had to go to the store because the other store I went to doesn’t accept cash. And the person who I dealt with just was not friendly at all not good customer service at all. He look like he didn’t even want to be there.
