Any company that allows employees to commit felonious acts whilst on duty is surely NOT reputable. Security guards SNEAKING INTO people’s apartments while they’re out of town?! Stealing items? And nothing was done? DO NOT utilize this company unless you want to be victimized. There is a current and valid lawsuit regarding this incident. If you want your items stolen and strange people entering your domicile…this is the company for you. Appalling behavior! Shame on you!

Obscenely rude management told me to email them when I called to ask how I submit an elevator booking request form (to move into a condo building), then ignores the emails and gave the bookings to people that called in their requests. I explained that I have a hearing disability and the manager laughed at me. Disgusting.

A security guard hid in my bathroom in the dark because they got caught looking through my stuff and stealing. The company still has the security guard working there and doesn't think they did anything wrong. They think this is appropriate behaviour for a security guard so I wouldn't trust them with your safety.

Apparently they allow their staff to come into your apartment whenever they wish. Go through your belongings. And, take (steal) whatever they wish from you. When notified they side with the employee, which leads me to believe they all steal, lie, cheat, and have no morals or respect for the properties that they are supposed to PROTECT!!

Untrustworthy, unsafe, unprofessional company that enables their staff to steal things from people's apartments. Beware!

I would rather give no star to them, the people handling the HR are very rude and they don’t know how to speak with someone. They should learn some etiquettes and manner to speak with their client.

I have been working with this company for the last two years.The company provides one of the best helpful staff which makes a better work environment.I will always be grateful to have a Boss like Katya. The super lady of FSPS.

If you are just getting started in the security sector, First Security is a terrific place to work. The team is made up of affable, competent people who genuinely care about the well being of each employee. They constantly make an effort to work with you regarding location and scheduling, and they always support you when it comes to training requirements or in the event of an emergency.Since I've been working here for more than 1.5 years, I can tell certainty that I have had a wonderful experience and many people here have helped me to develop and become a professional. I would like to thank Mobile Supervisor Katya, Who has been the biggest support to me in this journey, She is always there for us during emergencies and have guided us at every step to work professional.FSPS is not just an organization but a family for us.

Doesn’t know how to take action against workers and tried to flip it around on the victim. Goes into people houses and steal from them. Don’t trust them.
