Scott from cool pro came by today to fix our AC. Awesome service honest and more than reasonably priced. Did not try to upsell replacement even though it is an older unit. I would highly recommend

CoolPro is Fantastic. I highly recommend. Scott made time for us quickly on a day when he was already over-booked. He's friendly, professional, and explains everything before taking any action. Great customer service and a very reasonable price! They'll be my next call if I have a need again in future.

Scott is extremely helpful and reliable. I left a message on a Sunday evening and he called me back immediately. He took the time to work with me over the phone to determine the issue and we were able to resolve it over the phone. He could have made a service call but instead made a choice to not charge a customer when not needed. That is a company that can be trusted and will definitely get any future calls from me with a high 100 percent recommendation to anyone who asks.

Very professional technician with work ethics. He has got great skills in troubleshooting the problem and letting the customer know in advance what might happen, but still will get the work done without compromising the quality.

Edit: Scott had warned me about some issues that may occur due to some funky venting in my four level split. He suggested I leave it and only put money into it if the issues did occur. A year later and the issues arose. Scott was here to fix the issue right away. He made me feel like my home was his number one priority. Furnace is perfection now.Such a great experience dealing with Scott at CoolPro. He installed a new AC and furnace at the same time when we first moved into our home and WOW did he do a fantastic job! Not only was it done well but it was the most reasonable price we could find (by far). It is our first home so we were nervous about maintaining a new AC and furnace to make sure it will run for a long time and he put us at ease with his knowledge and guidance. The job was done quick, thorough and we were always kept in the loop whenever there were any hiccups. I will certainly be calling Scott for any maintenance or repairs. He also fixed our exhaust fan and the garden hose outside even though those are not necessarily his specialty.

Scott was very flexible with my availability to repair the furnace. Very reasonable pricing. Takes the time to explain. Would definitely recommend.

I had Scott help install 4 ductless heat pumps and also help diagnose an issue with our furnace. All I can say is that he is a contractor that stands above the rest. He returns calls, answers questions, does what he says he will do and while doing all this does very good work at a great rate. I appreciated working with Scott on my projects and will for sure continue to refer him to friends and family. Keep up the great work Scott.
