We got Derek as our inspector for our first home and we were very impressed and confident as he is very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to inspect every details of the home, documenting 50+ pages report with photos explaining how it should be and the deficiencies. Derek is the best, I highly recommend him!

Derek does a very thorough inspection. Came out on a Sunday, spent close to 3 hours on-site, and explained in non technical understandable language the various issues he identified. Highly recommend.
