LIMOS NIAGARA

Our Wedding was fabulous thank you LIMOS NIAGARA - for such a great Day! Could not have a better limo, driver, Red Carpet - Wow, my lady was treated like a princess - Everyone in our party was having a rocking time. Limo was awesome, Great time, Great Limo - driver was awesome! All the guest saw the limo I rented for my bride - AWESOME. Thanks to the staff, I know I was asking alot of questions - everything went smoothly, they were patient with me. Will be using them again, and all my buddies also!!

Had a Great time this past weekend with SPARKES - the driver knew all the wineries and breweries, great guy - John. Will ask for him again, the limo was AWESOME, felt like a celebrity, we were in Niagara-on-Lake, and you should see all the tourist taking out pix of this limo, wow - it is a show piece. Made our day and I would be using Sparkes again, I have a Special Event coming and I know with this limo and Sparkes would make it extra special for her to say YES.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!!! Had a blast - the limo was so Classy - we went wine tour, the driver was amazing, and soooooo cute :) everything was perfect. The staff was so helpful, they re-organize our itinerary so we would spend more time in the wineries as opposed to driving around where we did not need to be. Booked another event again, and have already reserve the same driver - Ha! Ha! Can't wait............:) Thank you so much for an incredible time, made our weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've used this company several times for 2 Grads, a Wedding , an 18th Birthday and a tour and REFUSE to use anyone else. The rates are reasonable, customer service is impeccable and driver is always punctual and accomodating. The Limos we've used are always spotless and the lighting inside is abousolutely breath-taking. Thank you Niagara Limousines for another amazing experience.

This company over the years has offered excellent service in regards to professionalism. Their drivers, staff, limousines are handled in impeccable fashion. We look forward to continued partnership in their aspiration of excellence. The owners have during this past Covid year (2020 into 2021) offered their time, service and financial aid towards those who are less fortunate in the community. Their team with diversity, which is rear in the Niagara Region, however, is refreshing and shows true progress. On the weekend of June 3rd, I was apart of a group that booked this limo company a month in advance. Leading up to the event, we had paid the deposit and followed up continuously confirming times, dates and locations.Upon the day of the event, we waited outside of our hotel, and about 10 minutes after the time the limo was supposed to arrive, we called head office to ask where our limo was. Rachel said that the driver had a family emergency and confirmed that the driver would be there between 2:45 and 3:00pm. We understood and even discussed perhaps giving the driver an extra tip as we have all had bad days with family emergencies and hoped he was okay.At 3:10pm, the driver had not come. We waited outside of the hotel the whole time, and did not see him. We called Rachel once again, who said that he was in the parking lot and the bell hop sent him away and that the driver was in the falls but heading home.However, the stories did not add up as we were waiting in the very parking lot that the driver said he was in and the bell hop confirmed there was no limo sent away.Another phone call to Rachel, and not only was she refusing to send another driver, or even telling the actual driver to come back, she became quite abrasive with our party. She said that she was having issues and it was not possible to transfer back our deposit... After about 10 phone calls from multiple people in the event - she finally emailed the deposit back.After the chaos of the day, we wanted to talk to the company in person. After going to the listed address, no company existed at this address. Based on all above evidence, I have a hard time trusting the integrity, let alone the legitimacy of this company. I would not recommend this company" to anyone...except the Business Bureau as a case to investigate."

Rachael, the event coordinator, was awesome to work with. She organized it well. The manager was also very accommodating of my needs for my wedding and the pricing was reasonable! Norm, the chauffer, was a fantastic driver - prompt, courteous, helpful and sociable. We couldn't have asked for a better limo service for our wedding. Thank you very much Limos Niagara for helping make our day very memorable and without any hiccups!

Great service, fantastic driver, fair prices. Had a fantastic wine tasting Saturday with a limo to drive us between the wineries of our choice, and had limo time to continue with the wine tasting between stops. :)

It was amazing! Just had a bachelorette party and it was so easy to plan, the cheapest price and our driver Norm was AMAZING!!! Everyone was so nice and organized and we all had a fantastic time. Thank you!!!!

0 STARS!! USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!!! Very long story short, they did not show up for the Bachelorette party that I had booked (and had plenty of confirmation) a month in advanced! I phoned the day of while we were all outside waiting for our limo and they continuously said they were on their way.... however no one showed up! We got our money back but that is verrryyy besides the point. They are so so so very lucky this was a Bachelorette party and not the wedding (which we obviously booked with a different, reliable company). It seems as though someone has deleted my comment from before....However the ladies who experienced this with me still have their comments up so I am not too worried :) This company will most likely respond to this review with: Im sorry we dont have your name in our records"
