If you decide to become their customer, be sure to look at their rates and confirm the level of work needed for each appointment. I have full coverage for dental however the way this office invoices benefit providers, their basic work, is not considered basic. It’s been a year since I last went to this clinic and my credit card just got charged for a cost that was still being disputed with this clinic. I will never go back.

Midtown dental would try to pressure me into a number of unnecessary operations every time I went into the office, many of which would not be covered by insurance and were simply cosmetic. Furthermore, they filled a number of cavities, which I found suspect since I had never used to get cavities before visiting their office. When they told me I had to fill even more cavities during a filling session, I decided to get a second opinion. My second opinion dentist said there were no cavities found and there was no reason for worry. Midtown dental seems to overprescribe, and play fast and loose with their diagnosis’ which is both physically and financially painful.I would recommend getting a second opinion if they recommend getting any work done on your teeth.

Very compassionate Dentist and team. I had a bad reaction to the sedation and had a panic attack and they helped me get through it. I was really out of it afterwards and they called my emergency contact. Very empathetic lovely team! I would recommend 100 percent!!.

Dr. Liu is professional, kind and overall just a really nice person. The staff are professional and efficient. But what really sets this clinic apart from all others I have been is their level of customer service both while in the clinic and aftercare. Highly Highly recommend

My experience with DR Vic has been amazing. He set out a treatment plan for me and has exceeded my expectations. One part of my treatment plan was to fix one of my front teeth which had been blackened from a root-canal I had done years ago from a different dentist.previous dentists told me the only was to get it back to life was by putting on a veneer on. Dr Vic was able use a bleach on the tooth bringing it back to life and saving me a lot of money by not getting the veneer.The staff are lovely to deal with and super friendly.I would definitely recommend this clinic

I have been going to Midtown Dental Clinic for several years and I can truly say that the staff have helped me with my terrible fear of the dentist. Chris is an amazing hygienist and I would never go anywhere else - he is gentle but thorough and really nice and friendly !!

My wife and I have been patients at Midtown Dental for over 30 years, always satisfied even though we outlasted the original dentist.
