Had my Hot Water On Demand System go down that they installed 8 to 9 years ago, Called they were there in 15 min. determined the problem, claimed the warranty and got me back up and running promptly. Very impressed and happy with the service, Great work everyone at QPS.

I been dealing with QPS for over 30 years. The most honest, helpful people I have ever dealt with from the Technicians to the office STAFF. They have performed several repairs on my older furnaces and installed 2 outdoor furnace A/C units, 2 water heaters and I purchased my BBQ from QPS. Hayden was here today and done a winter maintenance on my furnace, he is such a polite, perfessional young man, very knowledgeable and efficient. He reminds me of his father except his father is OLD. In my opinion you can't find more honest and delightful people to deal with.Thanks everyone at QPS

We purchased a heating and cooling unit complete with new ductwork when we moved to the Chatham areaIt cost us over 10000 and the unit broke after a few years due to a faulty motorQPS replaced the furnace after much bantering and agitationFinally they advised we would have full warranty via emailThen not even a year and a half went by and the motor went again we were advised it was on national back order and given a refurbished unit as an interim solution. Not even 2 months later our unit is not working and the receptionist advised me we have an outstanding bill for labor and they will not be servicing our unit and promptly hung up on me ! Now we have to take this company for court all the stress from not having heat and the financial burden this has causedNot to mention we had a basement crawl space professional come out and was advised our floors are sloping where duct work was put in and supprirts were removed and not put back that costed us an additional 21000 to repair. What a horrible experience

I have used QPS for over 20 years a with total confidence that I'm receiving top notch service. They always take my calls 24/7 in the winter on the coolest day or nights and in the summertime heat. QPS is a great company. Excellent customer service. We were very impressed with their quick response when our air conditioner was not working. We dealt with technician Hayden Glasier. He was very personable, knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend QPS for all your heating and cooling needs.

Highly recommend QPS, Dillon did a great job accessing my needs and giving me a competitive price with no pressure. Zack and Brayden did a great job installing and were very professional. I had a small problem and Hayden was out in 2 hours and had the problem taken take of promptly. I will use them again Thanks Tom

QPS has been great with us. Were having trouble with 1 fireplace but when the parts finally came in they came over and installed them. The 2 workers were so polite and cleaned up after themselves. There still waiting for a module to come in and install it. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Brian

I wanted to thank the QPS man, for his prompt response on the hottest day in the summer 2017. My AC for some reason stop working, and with a quick call to QPS they arranged for one of their experienced employees to swing by, assess the situation and he explained it and resolved it, within a short time and the bill was a small price to pay for my family and I to be comfortable. My go to guys is QPSIm going to invest in the maintenance packages that QPS offers for piece of mind all year around. Thanks QPS
