Food is great. First couple of deliveries arrived late or to the wrong address, but customer service was responsive and helpful.

The service was great! When I received my box the food was still cold! Everything was packed perfectly! Best part about it all is that all the meals I tasted are amazing!!!!! Love my experience and I am going to continue ordering :)

Super delicious prepared meals and they have a great selection of Vegan options. The flavour is on point and the faux meats are delicious. My only negative and reason I’m giving 4 stars is that delivery to work/home costs 12.95. Local competitors are much lower at 7-8$.

Worst customer service ever. Over 5 years as a loyal customer ordering every week and no answer to voicemailS and emailS as I'm trying to place an order and having web site issues. Unbelievable!

My order was delivered to the wrong address. And my credit card was charged twice. Customer service assured me I'd be refunded... That was over a month ago!? Still haven't received my refund!?
