Soulful Delish Healthy Cafe London

I love this cafe!!! My daughter & I go often. The smoothies & energy bites are our favourites, but everything is amazing, always made fresh to order! The owners & staff are super friendly & always make us feel welcome. The cafe is absolutely spotless & you can see the fresh beautiful produce in the fridge! I would highly recommend this cafe!

The food is amazing!! Delicious and nutritious!! I love the people and atmosphere, so friendly, bright and inviting. I pick-up my lunch for work there often and love trying new things each time, so much variety. Lots of food options and drinks to choose from. My favourites are the smoothies, cappuccino, soup, breakfast panini.

First time here, very friendly with lots of fresh choices on the menue. I'll definitely be coming back when I'm in the area

In the last couple of weeks, I have had lunch here often. Food is tasty and service has always been good. Yesterday, I had a completely different experience. I ordered the fiesta bowl and the kale pineapple smoothie. After waiting 25 minutes, one of the servers came over and said that they have no quinoa left. I asked if they had any other kind of starch, such as rice. I was told no. I was told that they could still do the bowl without the quinoa. It didn’t make sense to me since I had paid for a bowl and not a salad. I asked about the price difference between the wrap and bowl. Usually, (if it’s the businesses shortcoming) and you opt for something cheaper you are either reimbursed the difference or given an extra topping). I asked if I could do the wrap instead, but with balsamic dressing instead of salsa. The server (wearing glasses) appeared to be bothered by my request since she rolled her eyes and walked away as I was speaking. I was taken a back, and I commented to the other server about her attitude. The other server apologized for her behaviour (which she didn’t need to do at all). She was extremely polite and professional. The server with the glasses made it a point to be extra friendly with customers coming in the door after the incident. I guess it was a dig at me, I am not completely sure. I finally received my order after 40 minutes of waiting. Orders usually take awhile, but this was over the top. The whole ordeal put a sour taste in my mouth. I think I’ll stick to green window from now on.

Highly recommend!! The Raw Fresh press juices are incredible and made with the freshest ingredients. You can watch them press your fresh drinks. Smoothies are made fresh as well and are incredibly delicious!Awesome healthy fresh power protein bowls too! All their sandwiches, drinks and foods are amazing and made with fresh ingredients!The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Lovely interior decor.Hidden gem you must check out! 5+++ stars

Probably the best healthy cafe in London,Ontario. Super friendly , welcoming , and kind staff. I had a great time eating delicious food and juice at your cafe. Most importantly, every foods and drinks on your menu tasted great.

I had a great first experience at Soulful Delish! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was blown away by the exceptional service and the available smoothie options. It's evident that the staff takes great pride in providing a warm and welcoming environment. I can confidently say that I'll be returning to this gem of a spot very soon!
