AVOID THIS OFFICE WINTER TIME. 3 PEOPLE allow indoor even though the space allows MORE indoor. Seating 3 plus 3 standing plus 3 getting service. Whoever in charge here maybe is the security agent who is soooo RUDE towards the public.

Nasty people who refuse to help, talk down to you, and accuse you of “trying to cause them trauma” when you’re being honest about how difficult a situation is. Fire them all and start over.

2-star rating doesn’t mean this office is any worse than the others. It’s average. Hot tip: when you run into a problem, talk to more than one Ministry person, in person or on phone. Often you get different info from different ppl, & it can take a couple tries to find someone who actually knows what’s going on & what you should do.
