The Avenue Banquet Hall is, hands-down, the best venue we have ever used for a family celebration.We recently held a milestone event for our daughter's bat mitzvah and one could not ask for a more professional, organized and caring crew. From top to bottom, Julia and her team (special mention to Uri!) Helped us navigate each phase of set up.The decor was stunning. The entertainment was top-notch, and the service was impeccable. Everything was done with integrity and consideration to our needs.Thanks to you, Avenue Banquet Hall team, we will always remember this moment in our family's life.

We had our wedding at The Avenue Banquets of about 150 people. Julia, Emil and Bar are fantastic hosts. They are reliable in communication, helping us find ways to plan our wedding (the set-up, decor), and ensured that we had the absolute best time on our big day. We had so many compliments from our guests saying how beautiful the banquet hall is, large open space and big bar. This is your one stop shop for the ceremony room and the reception. They also have the Boulevard next door for smaller events. I highly recommend anyone looking to book their next event here. Thank you so much for hosting our special day!

I planned my company holiday party at The Avenue for a crowd of approximately 160 people. Julia was an absolute delight to work with for organizing the party. She was a great resource with tidbits of industry experience, such as suggesting linen and napkin colours to coordinate with the logo and Emil did a great job organizing the entertainment.The food was delicious and plentiful, the security, wait staff and bar tenders were very professional and my colleagues and I had an amazing evening.Thank you Julia and Emil, it was a great night had by all!

The Avenue Banquet Hall was the perfect venue for my wedding, without a doubt, I knew this was where I wanted my special day to take place. From the moment I met with Julia & Emil (owners) I knew this is where I want my wedding to be. The entertainment, lighting, projection mapping, food, ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception can all take place here. Emil and team (party crew entertainment) had the best music possible for a Russian Jewish wedding and created an atmosphere where you wanted to be. Everyone was always dancing. He provides it as an option to add to your event so no extra vendor needed for that part! The fusion band (saxophonist, violinist, dj) was unbelievable and the guests could not get enough of them! The Avenue truly completed my ultimate dream wedding! Thank you again and I would highly recommend hosting your next event here!

I *just* got married here and the experience I had with this venue could not have been better. The level of organization is top-tier. We had to have our ceremony in the larger hall to support all 240 of our guests and Julia (the venue manager) plus staff pulled off the most timely and organized room flip I’ve ever seen. The tables, chairs, centrepieces, decor… everything was set up to the nines. Not to mention the food was incredible. Our guests were so happy with the quality and quantity of the family style food service we got. Incredible atmosphere. Very well-managed. Julia was always ready to answer all our phone calls and emails, and was supporting us throughout the entire wedding planning process. The event went completely on-schedule and had not one single fault. I’ll forever be grateful for this venue, their staff, their management team, and the in-house entertainment team. It was the wedding of the century thanks to them.

WOW!! INCREDIBLE!!! We just had our wedding there last week at The Avenue Banquet Hall and everyone had the best time!!Julia was such a pleasure to deal with with coordinating logistics and planning with us and our vendors. Emil (and his DJ Perry) did a fabulous job with the entertainment aspect. The staff there were so friendly and accommodating. Oh my goodness, please get the Fire Drum Show, our guests are still talking about it!!!! The food was SOOOO delicious!! And my wife and I had 20 guest with dietary restrictions Vegan/Pescatarian/Gluten/etc/ETC and everyone said how delicious the food was and how accommodating The Avenue staff were with their dietary restrictions. Plus everyone commented on how easy it was to find the venue, lots of free parking, and the venue's layout is so practical and makes perfect sense...Ceremony and Reception all under one roof. The ONLY complaint I have about this venue is that our wedding is now over so now we need to find any excuse so we can to go back to the The Avenue to celebrate something...anything...WHAT AN AMAZING VENUE AND I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS VENUE ENOUGH!! I AM SO HAPPY THEY SURVIVED THE PANDEMIC!! WOW! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!

Had my wedding August 2022. Julia and her husband are amazing to work with, they really cater to their clients and are super flexible. Everything went smooth on their end we have no complaints about anything. We did our ceremony and reception in the boulevard room, it was the perfect size for our wedding of about 110 guests. Tje esthetic was nice to work with as well. The location, parking, everything was perfect. Wait staff, amazing.The most amazing part about Avenue is the FOOD. 10/10 everyone loved the food, all my guests were full, everything tasted amazing! Me and my husband were blown away with the portions, the taste, the presentation. The appetizers 10/10, honestly the first thing all my guests tell me when I see them after tge wedding was how good the food was. We are latino so we love our seasoned food and they did not disappoint. Usually banquet hall food is boring,bland and nasty but Avenue had the best banquet hall food we have ever tasted here in the GTA. I would pay for it at a restaurant LOL. Anyway thank you so much Avenue for all your hospitality. Hope to have another event there one day! -Ella

We recently had the pleasure of hosting our son's Bar Mitzvah celebration at The Boulevard Room. This was our second event at this venue and they exceeded our expectations again! We can not express enough how positive and smooth the experience was. From start to finish, everything was exceptional, and we would highly recommend this venue for your special occasions.The spacious layout comfortably accommodated all our guests (50+), and there was ample room for the dance floor, tables, and other entertainment options.The owners Emil and Julia as well as the staff went above and beyond to ensure our event was a success. They were incredibly attentive, professional, and friendly throughout the planning process and on the day of the Bar Mitzvah. From managing the setup and decorations, and delicious food they handled everything seamlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy the celebration without any worries or stress. THANK YOU!
