Just got my tummy tuck done at Dr. Lista's clinic, and if I had option to give 10 stars I would have. My experience with Dr. Lista and his team was very good. They are all so professional and kind. From reception to the last nurse everyone follows the same kind of attitude, which is professional and polite.I am so grateful for all 3 Amazing surgeons and their hard work to make me look BEAUTIFUL once again. Thank you Dr.Lista and the team at The Plastic surgery clinic at 1421 Hurontario Street.

I had a breast augmentation done by Dr Lista.I was very happy with his work. I recommended him to my friends and colleagues.

This clinic does not respect anyones time.I’m always being taken in late for my appointments more than half hour sometimes, I understand that there are times when staff can be running behind but having this happen all the time, it’s ridiculous..On top of that, my appointment today got pushed to a different time without my consent, that’s not acceptable.The receptionist was extremely rude when I tried to express my concerns with her. Some of the staff are disrespectful and should not be working there.If I could give less than one stars, I would.

My review is based on the experience at the clinic. My appt was at 2:30pm and saw dr lista around 4pm. That was the only issue I had. The girl I met with, I believe her name was Ella. She was very professional and she was very sweet! If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve rated this a 1 star lol

Unless you’re an IG model or influencer, Dr. Lista makes you feel like you’re on an assembly line. I had a breast lift and implant surgery in 2018. All concerns I brought up at my follow ups were met with “You’re still healing” “this is the best possible result” “all that unevenness is because of your own body’s asymmetry.” Ok, so why would you not set my expectations to be realistic at my consultation if you didn’t plan on fixing any of my concerns?2 years later, I couldn’t stand all the lumps and bumps and rippling that was everywhere, and I demanded he give me an ultrasound. Turns out my implants had flipped and folded. His response was, “well, I guess we COULD fix them, but you’re the only one that’s going to notice all these bumps.” Excuse me, but who do you think I got this surgery for?! And also, not true. You could see the bumps THROUGH MY SHIRT. So then I ask if I need to redo my lift as well. He says no. Fast forward to a month later when I’m about to get marked up for surgery. Turns out Dr. Ahmad is the one doing my revision. I don’t even care at this point because I don’t trust Lista. So Dr. Ahmad takes one look at my chest and says, “um, hang on… I’ll be right back.” He comes back in with Lista, Lista looks at my chest and goes, “yeah, maybe you’re right” to Ahmad. Ahmad then says to me, “yeah, I think we need to redo your lift otherwise you’ll be back within a couple years asking me to fix them.” So I say, “oh really? Because I specifically asked that question at my last appointment and he said no.” Then Lista says, “well aren’t you lucky we have a second set of eyes here…”At my one month follow up post-revision, they tell me to book my next follow up appointments. I try to at the front desk and they tell me, “sorry we’re not booking that far out yet” (4 months). So I walked out and haven’t gone back. How are my breasts now? Not great. Lots of bad scarring, unevenness, but I can’t bring myself to go back in there only to be gaslit.Lori and Danielle are great though. I appreciate their kindness and them listening to me.

I don’t understand any of these negative reviews? I had the absolute BEST experience with Dr Lista at the Plastic Surgery Clinic. Everyone I encountered there was so friendly and amazing! From consult to surgery day to post op. I have nothing but positive things to say. It’s only been 5 days post op and I’m already ecstatic with my results so far and already feeling so amazing. to see the final outcome.

I got a breast augmentation by Dr Frank Lista 5 years ago. I have had 3 surgeries in the 5 years. Every 2 years one of my saline implants deflates and I have to go in for surgery again. I was not told I would have to go for surgery every 2 years when I got them done ! I am very gentle with my breasts so it has nothing to do with anything I do in my day to day life . I WOULD NOT recommend Dr Lista to anyone . I am not at all satisfied! My breasts look nothing like I wanted , they are not the size I wanted . I honestly regret getting them done and as soon as I can I'll be getting the re done by another doctor !!!! The first time my.implant broke he booked me in for surgery 2 days later !! Unless you plan on going in for surgery every couple years and dropping everything you have going on such as work and children and having a caregiver take care of you I would recommend doing some research and getting your surgery done by another doctor .

In 2010 Dr Lista did my breast implants and a tummy tuck. I looked amazing and was very happy with his work. 2019 ..9 years later one breast deflated and to my surprise Dr Lista performed my surgery for FREE. I was so happy with the entire operation and procedures.. Again I love my new look! Thank you Dr Lista and the entire staff of The Plastic Surgery Dr Rhee, Tiana, Sandra, Sarah, Lori and the wonderful nurses in the operating room Carolina & Nenita who held my hands and told me she will take good care of me while I was about to go to sleep!! I just wanted to say thank you, I felt very safe there. As a 3 time repeat client of Dr Lista I'm disappointed! Trying to coordinate things from paperwork to appointments has been a nightmare! I trust and appreciate Dr Lista and his work but his staff have made things very difficult. I was pulled in for extra unnecessary appointments to discuss paperwork , which could have been done over the phone proior to surgery (because I chose not to have my procedure filmed or pictures taken during the surgery) . I was constantly seen late for appointments and there were days this week in which nobody answered the phone at the office whatsoever . I've tried to rebook an appointment but there is absolutely no flexibility.I love Dr Lista but his staff have horrible customer service skills! Expect a great Dr but a total run around with everything else !
