Great company with a good selection of products. Relative low shipping prices (free shipping after $99) and highly competitive pricing some of the lowest I've seen. This is my go to place *first* for aquarium stuff online.Ordered my AAA Aquatics regulator/solenoid through Aquarium Direct and it has been awesome. Bought some other aquatics stuff too!

AQUARIUM Direct is my first choice for online shopping, They are in line for prices and goods and have a decent selection,although I would like to see much more equipment for Webb-based sales.I had damage on one item and now have a ph meter that does not appear to work properly, my guess is it was also damaged from shippingeven though it was well packed I don't see how it could have been packaged any better. I think it's just Canada Post that's to blame here. Even so, one item was replaced and the ph meter is yet to be determined.I have always said that selling is not hard but how a seller deals with damaged or returned items is what makes the difference for a successful online presence. We will always receive damaged goods at one time or another no getting away from that, but how the seller deals with it is what makes or breaks the success of an online store (E-Store).Aquarium Direct is one of those E-Stores that I can depend on and will always be my go-to E-Store for my aquarium needs. gold seal from me.

The best prices locally and online. There's a shipping fee if it's under 100$ but you save a lot more than the shipping fee. They offer a wider selection of products than the locals and has pretty much everything an aquarist needs. Will shop again!Getting into the aquarium hobby can be very expensive but you can really save a lot here. I recommend Aquarium Direct for your aquarist needs.

Excellent service! Patrick was very responsive to my emails and when one of the items was unavailable, he was very apologetic and super quick to get something else put into the package the same day.It was received in great condition and the glass items were shipped in their original packaging and well protected.I just ordered a CO2 regulator - among other items - and look forward to receiving those as well.If I need anything in future, I'll be looking here!
