This is a scummy pick up and drop off location, I dropped my truck off here because they asked me too and I got charged an extra $60. Also the people here don’t know what they are doing and are not equipped to run this service.

Truly awful experience. Van odometer was incorrect to verification images. Van was parked a 15 minute walk from the rental location. Van was not prepared with the rented equipment. Will use Modo next time.

Couldn't fault this U-Haul dealer and Al at the Dollar store. Al messaged me early prior to pickup and said truck was available if would like to pickup at no extra charge, and this was outside operational hours. Al was friendly and courteous. Will definitely pickup future U-Haul rentals from this UBC location again in the future.

We rented a moving truck and we got a van. When we tried to explain the situation to the dealers, but they were very rude and even threatening. The van did not have much fuel either so we had to pay more. I do not recommend this place for U-haul service at all.
