Burroughs Plumbing & Heating

We had our furnace and hot water tank inspected and maintenance done on both. Tony took the time to explain how I can upkeep both. I highly recommend bourrghs.

We are doing a renovation which involves the modification of the existing services and the installation of additional services. They have been prompt with providing quotes and have been worked with us to meet our schedules. The billing has been as quoted with no surprise extras. Carrie has been great to communicate with and gets back with answers to our questions. Tony takes pride in his workmanship and ensures that it's done right. We have used both their plumbing and heating services and are satisfied with them. Perhaps a bit more expensive than others however I believe you get what you pay for.

Poorest customer service I’ve ever encountered. They couldn’t even find time to answer a phone call. They communicate slowly by text. Don’t bother calling if you have a question. I called three times… … I received a text and immediately called. No answer. Canceled the appointment via text when I finally received a text message saying they would be arriving late. I guess I’m old, but I like to actually speak with a real person.

Burroughs Plumbing is very professional and has came to rescue us more than once from our plumbing dilemmas. They have been quick to respond and repair our problems quick and perfectly. We appreciate how they give back to the community and their support in turn helps kids in our City. We would highly recommend them for any plumbing job or install. Quick response after explaining they had a couple of high priority no heat situations to deal with first...which we understood and appreciated. After fixing our issue of no in floor heat, Tony made a couple of great suggestions which helped tremendously and solved an issue with our water quality. He and Cameron worked late to complete the job, cleaned up after themselves and offered to walk us through any part of the system in our new home that we didn’t understand. We also really appreciated the note from Carrie thanking us for our business! We will certainly call them in future and highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing and/or heating issues.

What wonderful service Burroughs Plumbing and Heating provided us. They arrived on time, fixed our issue in a timely manner and investigated some other concerns we had from a reno we had done a year ago. They were professional and polite, very knowledgeable about their business. If we ever need a plumber again, we will be calling Burroughs! Thank you so much for your help!

I had both Hot Water tanks replaced. They were effecient, the job was professionally and quickly done. The walk through of the complete system at the end of the install was very helpful. I will use Burroughs Plumbing and Heating again for any future plumbing needs I might have

I was new to Lacombe and needed a furnace inspection done. I checked out 2 local companies and chose Burroughs Plumbing and Heating. They were very professional,honest and very thorough. I was told all I needed was a duct cleaning and they recommended a company that did a great job. Burroughs is a great family owned company who I will definitely use for any work in the future and I highly recommend them.

They came to fix our furnace. They were straightforward, no jerking around. Had an extremely quick response time in fitting us into their schedule. Cost efficient, they didn’t just tell me umm I guess you need a new furnace. They diagnosed and fixed a part in our furnace same day. Just amazing service overall!!! We’ll never use anyone else. Can’t wait to try them out for plumbing.
