Our dog Charley loves coming in here! Everytime we go in he gets spoiled with love from all the wonderful ladies working there. We also got him groomed here and he looks/smells amazing, great price too!

Great place for staff and supplies.The girls on the floor or front counter love to talk about dogs. Love to hear about and share stories and are knowledgeable about their products.However, Horrible groomer. Went with their grooming a while ago and had to find a new one. My dogs are terrified of this groomer and this one only.I saw the way she groomed just their nail and she didn't take her time or treat them right at all. Would hate to see how she fully groomed my dogs when we weren't there. Groomer there also smelt quite badly. At first I thought it was the dogs. Needs to Thi k about professionalism and think about why dogs are scared of her but loved being groomed else where.

Due to a communication issue, our dog received a summer cut, in November. The groomer should have known better and refused the job.

BIG FAIL!!!!! Had to give 1 to post, but 0 is my rating! My regular groomer got Covid for over month; went here to get dog groomed: groomer cut him in 3 places, had skid marks down his back and had a problem with throat after, vet thot it was bruised from being tethered....dog was stressed out when i went to get him...when reg groomer was over covid went back and she said my dog was a totally diff dog to groom....very afraid of tub, razor and scissors and she had spent most of visit calming him and getting his trust back, NEVER GO TO Bone and Biscuit, Franklin

Just had my little miss groomed by Angela, and she turned out beautifully. Picked her up and she was a happy puppy, which tells me there was no stress and she was handled with care. Thank you for a job well done Angela!
