Ashland did an excellent job installing my new HVAC system. The service was quick and efficient with the installation completed in less than 4 hours. Also, the price was significantly better than the other quotes I got. The technician, Don, explained everything to me and made recommendations for the best system for my home. I highly recommend Ashland.

Ashland has performed maintenance and repairs on my furnace when I have had issues. They also installed new air conditioning this past summer during the heat wave when it broke. They were prompt, knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

My husband and I built a new house this year,and used Ashland for all of the HVAC throughout the whole house.This was our first new build and the owner walked us through the whole process explaining all of the when's and why's (which really helped us move along smoothly!) The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional, especially Phil who even came to work at our house after hours . If we ever decide to build again we are definitely using them.

Very disappointed with Ashland Heating And Air Conditioning Inc company. A year back we brought a new house through CDI builders, this company does most of the work for this builder. Our Furnace stopped working on 21 Feb, when we called the owner of the company he said though your 1 year warranty period is over but still if it is a minor issue then he won't charge. The person comes to check the furnace and informs me that the filter needs to be changed and puts my old filter itself back in the furnace and walks away without even doing anything and gave me an invoice of $101.70 as service charge. The company is only looking to take customers money without doing anything. If I would have known that only for giving information they charge $101.70, then would have never approached them instead would have looked for a cheaper alternative. When I called back the owner to ask about the invoice and why I have been charged even after he giving me a word that if minor issue will not charge anything, the Owner of the company was so rude and was not even interested to talk to me and was adamant that I have to pay. Please be careful not to approach this company and waste your money for no work done. They have lost a customer forever.

Ashland installed my air conditioning this past summer. They were prompt and very professional. The home is a new build and they pointed out some issues in our furnace room that the builder needed to rectify. We were very thankful for this. Our air conditioner was also much better than the one we had in our last home. I would highly recommend this company as their knowledge, service and hospitality obviously comes from a family owned and operated business model. Thank you Ashland!

Unbelievably good service, no gimmicks, asks all the right questions to ensure you get everything covered, including warranty coverage. These folks are not looking to take your money, they are focused on customer care and as a result have me as a return customer. Fast and effective, they had our home up and running in hours.
