Sept 11 , I just wanted my jacket that I had payed for .The girl had my jacket ..even wear it ..when I finally received my package Sept 23 .. it wasn't even in the right clear plastic bag with my receipt ect ...she had in a post office bag and rude stuff was written on it and there was a hole that she obviously cutt open ..I could put my hand in it and grab my jacket ..I'm a process of charging her ...Now I ordered some boots went there yesterday to pick them up ..my boots are not there she said ..wow ..I told her I knew she wear my jacket .. she said prove it ...

Despite calling to Canada Post before (in the same day) and being told that workers at the offices did print the papers to be placed on packages, when I went there this was refused to be done. Frustrating experience.

I went yesterday to return an item and had an old box without tape and my label was blurry cause my ink was low at home. Chantal helped me with the code in a labelope and tape and made my experience great! Excellent worker!
