I contacted Hibou Design to help us with updating our home decor. We were very impressed with Eugenia and her team members Melinda and Melina. Consultations with Eugenia are very productive and she responds quickly to any questions during the project. She is personable and listened to our needs. Her advice and vision were right on for us! We originally contacted Hibou design for our country home. We were going to change furniture and 1 bathroom. After meeting with Eugenia, we decided for a full gut renovation. Amazing team and service ! We've dealt with Eugenia from the beginning, while our house was being built and she has been involved in everything, from major layout plans, to tiny little details, no decision is made without consulting her. We just finished a full renovation of our kitchen, ground floor and basement with Eugenia & Melinda. The experience was fantastic! My experience with this design company fell short of expectations in terms of professionalism and client engagement. The designers exhibited an exclusionary demeanor that left me feeling undervalued and excluded as a potential client. I guess they only take on certain customers...ah well.

My wife and I were building a brand new home while living in Toronto and worked with Eugenia to help us maximize on our suggested floor plan from the builder. Her attention to detail and overall knowledge tremendously helped us make the most of our allocated space and avoid mistakes that we would later regret. We adore our new space! Eugenia and Olivia were 100% the right team for our project. They took on our challenging kitchen & dining room remodel with confidence, expertise, and a laid back professionalism that was reassuring.
