Belvedere Nissan St-Jérome

This was 3 years back but the salesman who sold me my car did not listen to my concerns (he plugged the extended warranty after I had explicitly told him I didn't want to hear about it) and the service hours are dismal if you work regular hours as they close at 5PM (3 on Fridays)and are not open on weekends.

I've bought new and used here - they're good - they're still a dealership, but they treat their customers well!

Not a dealership I would go back to . Purchased a used Jeep Compass , purchased the VIP package on the car to have whatever needed to be done fixed, After being told the repairs were done I've had to get the actual repairs redone at my mechanic , They put breaks so cheap on my car that they give off a brown powder on my mags . They tried to sell me a 500$ car starter .. the car already had one . The car also had underlying issues that i feel they knew about . In one year I've had my car at the mechanics for two major repairs, its currently been at the mechanic for 3 weeks for an electrical issue I've had since the start . Had something done on my car at this dealership once, picked up my car to find it parked up against a tree with broken branches on it . Really disappointing . UPDATE: After calling I never received a response . My car has been with a mechanic for over 2 months trying to fix this car .

Yep. Read the other one star reviews. It is true. Scammers to the highest degree. They'll do their best to get every dollar they can from you while acting like they're doing you a favour. Beware. Also found the old receipt from the first buyer of the car I purchased in the glove box AFTER their $400 cleaning and polishing package that they demanded I purchase when trading in my old car.

Arrogant sales person. Even though we had called and made an appointment to see the car, it smelled badly of cigarette. Didn't seem too interested in our business

Scamers. The experience is the worse I had. I called 5 times to try to solve the problem, but so far no feedback. I canceled my extended warranty, which a did not requested, I received a document confirming the cancellation, but didn't get the amount back over $ 4000. I was handed the unbalanced car and no battery in the control to start the car remotely. I need to apeal to justice probably. I SENT A EMAIL TO MR KENNY PAQUETTE YOU HAVE 1 WEEK TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM AFTER THAT I WILL APPEAL TO LEGAL Help

Extremely dishonest salespeople. We're all used to unscrupulous sales persons, but when I caught them in a huge, painfully obvious lie I was shocked. So, beware of this dealer!

Thanks to David Lapointe i got my first car of my life. I NEVER NEVER in my life wouldn't imagine i was going to buy a car and thanks to David my dream came true. Really thanks to Nissan Saint Jerome for the VERY GOOD Service. A very HAPPY CLIENT.

I was interested in a used SUV Nissan Rogue: the price seemed fair but then the salesman mentioned I MUST take the VIP package for an extra $1,700 + taxes, that looks dishonest.I visited many Nissan dealerships in MTL and it is the first time I hear something like that. I am going with another Nissan dealership ( Nissan Gabriel) that offered an OPTIONAL package for $700, I definitely don't recommend doing business in this location.

Your typical use car salesperson trying to rip people off. I do not recommend anyone to purchase a car from there. Worst experience ever.
