So happy I popped in get a quote for a major crack in my windshield. Whole thing needed replacement. The team in the office was great to deal with; it was quickly scheduled, replacement was ordered the same day I came in for the quote, and the job they did was great!They even cleaned up my dusty dash and console before calling to say it was ready for pick up.Very professional team with an amazing work ethic.

I am so pleased I went to Carstar Elmira. Paul and his team were very helpful from estimating to collection. They did an excellent job which included repair from an accident, in addition they went over and above and repaired scratches and chips around the body and cleaned my vehicle, it looks brand new. A professional team that takes pride in what they do, will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you for your outstanding service!

Had Paul do my repairs after an accident. Paul came in while on his holidays to do the assessment, looked after all scheduling and work on my schedule. I arranged a rental but Paul would have done that too. The repair job is top notch and I consider myself a picky customer. I was kept updated as the work progressed and all insurance work was done through Paul. It was an effortless and easy process for me. Excellent work and 6 star customer service.

Took my car in on an Insurance claim for hail damage. Paul was very professional. He clearly explained the process and work that had to be done and took over dealing with my insurance company. He contacted me regularly with updates. Work was well done and completed in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend their body shop and will use them in the future if the need arises.

At first I was sent to car star, in Elmira just because it was my OEM suggested spot to get insurance work done. After speaking with Jack, I have since given them ALL my insurance and personal body work to him! Out of 10, they get an 11 from me! Top notch service, and always truthful when dealing with me, which is hard to find these days. They have my business for the rest of my days! Amazing work, amazing customer service, amazing people.

Another hidden gem in Elmira! Paul and his team were excellent at quickly estimating the repair work, providing repair options, ordering the parts and getting my car in for the work to be done. The job was done quickly and beautifully. My neighbour thought we had purchased a new car it looked so good!
