If you are in Quebec city and wanna try a good poutine, don't go to Ashton, get one in Valentine. This is the better tip I could give you as a Quebecer.

The Extreme Poutine was super tasty, cheese over and under, Guedille au Poulet was on point and nice steamed hot-dogs.

$15 for 2 hot dogs, small poutine and tiny drink. they also forgot one of my hot dogs. workers should be a little more conscientious.

They don’t use gloves when preparing the food. I didn’t see them wash their hands before putting their bare hands on the smoked meat either. That’s nasty. These people are running a kitchen like it’s 1985. You would think that sanitation would be a top priority in the food handling industry, at Valentines it’s not. This place is nasty. I wanted to love this place. Instead I’m disgusted by it.
