We just purchased a recliner and new sofa from The Chesterfield Shop in Mississauga. How lucky were we that when we ambled in, we were greeted by Sandra Broglio, simply the warmest, most knowledgeable and most helpful sales associate we have ever met. And - bonus! - she has a excellent sense of colour and design, and her input as we selected our pieces was invaluable.The Shop's selection of quality, Canadian-made (important to us) furniture is extensive, with a range of styles and price points . . . so really . . . why would you shop anywhere else?!

We just purchased a sofa and chair from the Chesterfield Shop in Mississauga and we would highly recommend this location if you are looking for furniture. Amal was really outstanding in guiding us throughout the process of finding the right sofa and chair. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, thoughtful and patient with us. In particular, she was honest in her answers to our questions and offered very useful suggestions.. It was real pleasure dealing with her!

I really hope I am not going to experience the same things as others. I already received an email of a delay of another 6 weeks. Holding on to my deposit for such a length of time is unacceptable. The company should be more transparent since the factory issues cannot be new. Seems like The Chesterfield Shop will do anything to make a sale and hold on to our money.Update: Jim has reached out to me and has addressed my concerns, which makes me feel better. He was very professional and pleasant to speak to. I am updating my review in hopes that the Chesterfield Shop will continue to offer great customer service.When I made my purchase I was very impressed with the service I got from Amal. She was very knowledgeable and helped us with any questions.

Was able to find a great leather sofa for our living room quickly with little pain or fuss. We were given space to look around, spoke to the designer about what we were looking for. She offered some practical suggestions when I was not sure if I wanted a chaise attachment. Sofa arrived within the timeframe expected. Delivery guys were fast and efficient. Thanks for a painless experience!

Over the course of 6 months, I returned to the Mississauga store three times before I was finally ready to make my selection. I had purchased from the Chesterfield Shop 40 years ago and was familiar with the quality of their products and I found their pricing to be reasonable, for what you get. My salesperson was Sandra and she was more like a partner throughout my purchasing mission. She gave me ideas, tips, and asked questions that changed my criteria on more than one occasion. She guided me to choose the product that would meet even my occasional needs, while fully respecting my budget. Thanks a bunch, Sandra.

I am extremely happy with my purchase of a power recliner from The Chesterfield Shop. My salesperson, Sandra, was outstanding. She was patient, professional and took a lot of time to make sure I selected exactly what I wanted. I purchased a pullout sofa from the Chesterfield Shop 3 1/2 years ago and Sandra was very helpful with my selection of the fabric for the recliner to ensure I would like the look of both pieces of furniture in the same room. I love my recliner!

We got a queen size sofa bed from Chesterfield Mississauga Store about a month ago and we are very happy for the product so far. As a sofa, it’s nice and solid to sit on and as a bed it comes with a quality Simmons Foam mattress which is very comfortable to sleep on. The sales person Randy was friendly and knowledgeable, so we didn’t need to take long to choose the one that was best for us. We highly recommend the shop if you are looking for a quality sofa bed with a good price. One more thing that amazed us is that it’s made in Canada!

After 23 years with our family room chesterfield set, I shocked everyone when deciding to replace it. Our 3 piece leather set has been through 4 dogs, 2 kids and years of everyday use. Yes it was very worn. I forgot I bought that set from the Chesterfield Shop but after visiting the store again, the quality of the furniture there reminded me of my first purchase over 20 years ago. Again, my wife and I were impressed with the variety of worthy replacement choices. We’re going to probably do one more set purchase for our retirement and we look forward to the same experience again. Thanks Dennis and The Chesterfield Shop!
