Rochester Dog Walkers

Rochester Dog Walkers are amazing! My elderly best friend (whom I adore) can be a little stubborn and difficult, but in the capable hands of the team I’m able to travel worry free. I know she’s safe and sound, and even better she’s having a great time with Jen, Kevin, Kian, Abby, and the whole team. They’re consummate professionals and genuinely wonderful people who all go above and beyond to provide excellent care for animals. Simone and I give them 5 stars.

RDW are a top notch organization. I have been using them on a regular basis for the last 2 months. They care for my new puppy and my older pup several times a week. They have exceeded all expectations from scheduling, to being there every time I have need care to their excellent communication. I would highly welcome them.

RDW have saved us so much unnecessary headache with raising our little fur baby, Everyone is a pleasure to work with. RDW is so accommodating to our needs. We utilize their services 1-2x/week and it makes it so easy knowing our pup is always in great hands! We love the communication, updates, and pics we receive from the walkers. Please hire Rochester Dog Walkers!! They are amazing and gave our Yorkie and Maltese the best care possible!! We went out of town for a few days and this was the first time using their service. Our dogs don’t need walking, however they went above and beyond to care for our pups. We had Megan and she was awesome!!! She was on time to feed them, change their potty pads and play with them. Megan was very responsible and truly gave lots of love to our pups! After every visit, she immediately left me a note with pictures of the pups doing different activities. We could tell by the pictures that they were very happy. Thank you again to all the staff at Rochester Dog Walkers! We will definitely be using them again :).

We unexpectedly needed help exercising a high energy, large breed puppy, and Rochester Dog Walkers have been fantastic. Our pup was somewhat anxious at first, but the folks at Rochester Dog Walkers have been great with her, very patient, addressing all of our needs and concerns, and working to make sure she has positive experiences. The walks are the high point of our pup's day now, and having help getting her exercised is making life a lot easier for us. Rochester Dog Walkers is worth trusting with your dog(s) and house key(s)! They are worth every penny. My dogs need specific handling because they are rescues from a rural area, and I was hesitant to let anyone else leash-walk them -- they can be reactive with other dogs, bicycles, city buses, etc. Rochester Dog Walkers learned my dogs' needs and made sure to only have walkers who have met the dogs in advance take them out on-leash. The results have been excellent. The dogs absolutely love the walks, and I love the peace of mind. They send super helpful and specific updates with adorable pics of your pup! And this company has been conscientious about the pandemic and protecting their staff and clients while remaining open. Highly recommend!!

I researched all my options when looking for a pet sitter for my very active high energy puppy. When I met Mark from Rochester Dog Walkers I knew immediately he and his crew were the ones I'd trust with my baby dog. They are attentitive to following my rules, careful not to track in dirt and trust worthy. Now many months later I'm still overjoyed when I get home from work; my puppy is happy and safely cared for at home. I highly recommend Rochester Dog Walkers to everyone; Ive told everyone I know about them. They are amazing folks. Special shout out to Beau. He's wonderful.
