I want to take the time to appreciate the shop. They have great customer service, good selection of clothing. During the pandemic they allow customer to book appointment to shop while practicing social distancing - past weeks i had made a few order and they are being very accommodating when it comes to scheduling me in to exchange for size. Oh, did i mention the little sticker they put on the paper bag for my order ready to be picked up (its the small touches that count). Dealing with them reminds me the great experience i have when travelling to Japan. I am a fan of the store and will continue be supporting.

5 stars: it’s so good to see these excellent quality fabrics that clothes are made of. Some pieces are hard to find elsewhere: Smiley wool from Japan is one of them and it’s my favorite. Japanese cuts are not for everyone, but in my humble opinion we should learn from it what a good clothes are. Cheers!

Have placed a number of orders from Blue Button Shop over the past six months. Each time I have been so happy with the experience. Orders are processed and shipped consistently fast, then picked up by the carrier very expeditiously. Further, shipping has always been fulfilled very quickly from Toronto to Winnipeg. The selection of Japanese denim, eyewear, and New Balance offerings has made this one of my favourite shops to order from.The hand-written thank you notes are such a kind gesture. I appreciate the experiences I have had and would highly recommend to anyone their consistently great online experience.
