Great selection of various items from local artisans, as well as a selection of new and used books and literary odds and ends. Very friendly staff, as likely as not to be practicing on a fiddle while you shop. Of all of local artisan shops we visited, I liked this one the best.

First time visiting and spent an hour! We came away with armloads of books pottery postcards and jewelry. Great prices and Paul played for us on the fiddle. Super friendly guy and we really enjoyed shopping here!! Oh and the public outhouse was appreciated!

The potter-in-residence was welcoming and more than kind and helpful, while the artworks available were really unique and beautiful. A wee back space with both new and used books was an unanticipated bonus.

What a great little shop! Pottery is super cute, animals have the cutest facial expressions and the artist is so welcoming and friendly! Bookstore is great too. Make sure you stop at this studio!

We had an incredible experience here today! We stopped here while exploring the Cabot Trail and were blown away by the beautiful pottery and artwork. That wasn't the best part though - We were greeted by Paul, who was just lovely and kind. We had some lovely conversations with him! We noticed he had his fiddle out and we got to talking about music and his own music background and then he played us a bunch of his tunes! It was amazing! The store has a book selection as well as Music (CD's, sheet music, etc.)! I would highly recommend - A Must Stop on the trail! Thanks so much for the fun experience Paul!

Sweet little pottery shop with used books and cute work! Prices were very fair, space was cozy. I always love when you can see the artists workspace! I will mention the parking was limited and there were a LOT of stairs leading up to the entrance, so maybe not accessible for those who aren't able to climb steps.

Sarah Beck is an incredible woman. She hand makes EVERYTHING in store and will tell you all about it and her processes if you ask. Her pottery, and paintings were very adorable and affordable!

Sarah's pottery is delightful and accomplished. She also has a talent for curating the work of others and an eye for displaying it all. If you're lucky Paul will play you a tune on the fiddle, but either way you can also stock up on Celtic music CDs for your road trip. Not to be missed!
