Sunny and Jag are amazing! Customer service is fantastic! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and were very quick to come out and fix our mouse problem which was pretty bad. They set the traps and problem solved! They also gave us some tips and suggestions that were very helpful. And their prices are really good. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks Golden Arrow!!!

I would highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Everyone was very professional, came out within a few hours from when I contacted them and kept me informed of what work needed to be done. They coordinated everything on my behalf with the roofer so I didn't have a hole left in the roof! Clayton (the bee guy) was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond what I expected...much appreciated and thanks for everything.

Although the company is pleasant to deal with, they were completely ineffective. The tech reassured me everything was fine while the small mouse problem turned into an infestation. After I hired a second company months later, I found out what they should have been doing. For example, checking to make sure their treatment was working and using poison specific to the job (not what's cheapest). Good customer service isn't good enough. It's like being on a super comfortable flight to Toronto that never leaves the airport.

I requested Golden Arrow Pest Control Inc. for the removal of a wasp and bumblebee nest and was very pleased by their excellent service and reasonable price. Within an hour of making an appointment, Sunny, the technician, came and was absolutely wonderful! He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and explained the process to me. Would 100% recommend them to anyone who has any sort of pest control problem!

Hired this company to take care of the skunk problem under my deck. Sunny and his team took care of this. They are very decent people. The service is great - patient and professional. The skunks are all trapped now and my deck is sealed to prevent future problems. I highly recommend this company.

Called to get rid of wasps under my deck. Very impressed with customer service when I called to their office. Pamela who answered phone was super nice. Got an appointment quickly. And when Sunny showed up, he was quick, efficient, answered all my questions and most of all did it all with a smile. Great guy. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Called asking for help with a skunk under my front porch. They came out the same day and left a trap. The following Thursday I called to let them know the skunk was in the trap, they came and removed it right away. The next Wednesday I arrived home to find that someone had come and put a wire mesh alongside the porch to keep other animals from going under the porch. Thank you all for the great service. I would highly recommend Golden Arrow Pest Control. They are fast, efficient, and very friendly.Thank you to to the office staff who took my many calls and always answered with a cheerful Hello Nancy

Golden Arrow was very professional and courteous from the first contact with Nidhi, to our final visit with Sunny. They were very willing to answer any questions and address any concerns about their products and procedures. They were very accommodating and willing to travel more than 200km out of the city to help with an extreme infestation of cockroaches. Their process works! So very pleased with the results.
