I started sessions with Natasha to regain pain free mobility after a surgery. She was very professional & provided fantastic in office care & programs for me to continue at home. I have found great improvement from my sessions & highly recommend Natasha.

Natasha really took the time to understand my long-term degenerative back problems. She has helped with pain management during acute phases, and has also given me longer term tools to strengthen and protect my back form further injury. I really appreciate her holistic approach. Natasha was great, very thorough with her assessment of my issue . She demonstrated the exercises that helped me overcome my issue and even wrote them down with diagrams . I am still using her diagrams to refer to during my work outs … thx Natasha!
