Sadly I find the customer service is not as good as it once was. I feel this is probably related to a lot of turnover and the fact that it is a bigger chain. I have been with them for many years but thinking the smaller pharmacies may be the way to go if its personalized customer service you are looking for. At the end let me say that the staff are always kind and nice, although not consistent as said earlier the turnover is high.

I hate there new policy of asking for health card numbers instead of asking for signature hopefully one day they change the policy because it’s kind of ridiculous now The nonsense is kind of getting really ridiculous but I still like the pharmacy I just wish they would change that policy so it’s just signatures

The pharmacist was lovely and apologetic. But on a Saturday, they had ONE person to work the whole pharmacy including the drive-thru window and appts. We had an appointment at 10am, were seen at 10:30 and at noon we were still waiting for the prescription. This is not the actual pharmacist’s fault as she was doing her best, but it is still completely unacceptable. We made the appointment the night before to avoid walk-in clinic wait times, when in reality a clinic would have been faster.

After shopping and leaved about one hour, I return to customers center to got my wallet and sell phone which I leaved at the shopping cart. Thanks Super store.
