We have now worked with Marie from Coastal Counters 3 times. I have never in my decades in the trade worked with someone so incompetent and rude. From being lied to, to being yelled at on the phone, to being disrespected as well as disrespecting our designer behind her back and having to repair her design as parts broke before counters could even arrive. I will make it my part as a contractor to steer clients far far away from her and her company. My suggestion is that Coastal CC should separate themselves from her as soon as possible. I have spent so much time just trying to find who to talk to in this company other than her. Sorry Coastal CC. Your product is great, your service is garbage.
