The guys were awesome and empathetic to say the least! Cody came in to install a bypass humidifier on my furnace as the house was getting dry. Parts cost $395 + tax and labor was about $150/hr. It takes about an hour to install and test. Cody was awesome and knowledgeable. He explained maintenance very clearly and the do's and don'ts. Would definitely recommend these guys for any heating and cooling related issues and products.

I had a serious problem with my furnace today and called L&L. I was able to reach someone immediately and was guided through a basic checklist of things to try myself to see if I could resolve the issue. When it was clear that my furnace needed service they managed to get a tech, Cody, to my house within 30 minutes. Cody was kind, patient, professional, and worked quickly. He also explained to me in detail the nature of the issue which I felt was a great touch. Within just a couple hours the furnace was working with several new parts. I appreciated the urgency with which they handled my situation, and that the technician was so friendly and knowledgeable. The labor pricing was fair and I was fortunate to have parts still covered under warranty. I would absolutely recommend L&L to anyone.

I phoned L & L last night and they had Cody arrive early this morning before 8 am. Cody explained the problem and installed the new part. We now have an efficient working furnace. Cody was professional, fast and efficient. He did an awesome job! I definitely would recommend this business.

The L&L technician, Matt, arrived quickly on a Sunday to address my furnace problem. Fast repair and a thorough explanation of the problem and he was on his way. Good work in a timely manner got my house warm again in no time. Will use again.

Phoned first thing this morning with a quit furnace. They gave me a 2PM appointment. Jesse can out as scheduled diagnosed problem, replace part and had it working in near half hour. Punctual, polite, efficient and friendly. Thanks Jesse and thanks L&L

Quick, Professional, Knowledgeable and Quality Service are the words I would use to describe my experience! On one of the coldest days this Winter, my furnace decided to stop working and L & L customer service over the phone was great and then the repair tech they sent over was equally impressive. He even gave me tips and pointers for things to try the next time if something similar were to happen again. Appreciate the fact that they got my furnace back up and running within a two hour window of placing the call! Thank you!

I called to have a humidifier installed in our furnace. The person on the phone was helpful and was able to set up an appointment in only a couple of days. The tech who arrived was very patient and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and offered additional advice and insight into the operation of my furnace and the new humidifier. The work they did was very clean and completed quickly. I will definitely go back to them for any future service.

Furnace was giving me issues, had no idea who to call as this is the first issue in the new house. Called later in the day and they had just closed. He (unfortunately I didn't get his name) explained the rates and I told him I was in no rush and could wait until they were open again. He took the time to ask what error I was getting and what to do to troubleshoot it. What he recommended worked. This is who I am calling for my Heating and Cooling going forward.

Got multiple quotes. This guy was more expensive and had a pretty bad attitude. You'll find better out there without looking hard
