Efficiency at it's best from eye Doctor on site, glasses made in house with any minor adjustments to your glasses in an efficient, friendly environment. Hope is a pleasure to work with !! She’s super friendly and accommodating and great with kids :) Also the eye doctor was wonderful with my daughter so patient and explained everything so she could understand and made her feel super comfortable. I won’t ever go anywhere else !

Picked up my glasses on the 15th of June 2023 and I am very pleased with them and would like to thank Paul Imola for all his assistance in selecting my glasses. Also, I would like to thank Hope for all her help when I picked up my glasses. It was a pleasure dealing with both Paul and Hope and I would highly recommend The Looking Glass Optical and Boutique.

Paul and his staff are THE BEST! After a very frustrating experience at another optometrists Paul looked after me in the nicest possible way, especially as a new customer on the Thursday before the Easter weekend. My new glasses are PERFECT! I couldn't be more pleased! (And their prices were less than the place that gave poor service! The Looking Glass now has a faithul, new customer!
