Doesn’t follow there own wait list policy.Zero confidentiality ethics.Jen Moore puts her own emotions before the child’s well being and will lie and also not report important information to child lawyers.

My kids were accepted into the havelock emergency care during covid, which was such a relief. I loved receiving updates about my kids every day. I am currently on the waitlist for full time care in norwood, however any time I have any questions about my place on the waitlist, Jenn Moore is always happy to answer, she is also so patient and has helped me ensure all my information is correct on the waitlist system. My kiddos also have severe dietary restrictions and hucklebug is so accommodating.
