We had a really good experience with Stittsville flooring. We used them to install vinyl planks throughout a 3 bedroom townhouse. They were easy to work with, very responsive to calls and texts, came back to check the work after, and the prices were good. We will wait to see how the manufactures floors live up to their guarantee but the installation was excellent. Thank you!

Can’t say enough good things about stittsville flooring. They just finished laying down ceramic tile in our front hall, and completely re-doing our bathroom. Stittsville Flooring installed vinyl plank flooring in our bedrooms, refinished hardwood floors in the living room and hallway and installed new railings to the basement. Nour worked with us to have everything completed in a timely manner and at our convenience using quality materials and competent installers (a special shout out to Ron for the amazing railing). I do not recommend- our experience was a nightmare. Essentially, the owner will say anything to get a sale, but will not actually back up any warranty work. She told me the installer who originally came to our house was good/ highly recommended. He was obviously inexperienced and had never dealt with this type of flooring. They didn’t supervise him, and he managed to damage most of the flooring. When I sent pictures to the owner, they only responded after another day of the guy damaging more flooring. The new installer was pressured to salvage too much of the flooring, which was damaged and started falling apart after 6 weeks. We were told to crazy glue the flooring together. After multiple calls while the flooring was under warranty, one of the owners would come, look at the floor and say that the damage was normal. Then we were accused of walking on the floor too hard. We are out of thousands of dollars and have given up and hired another company to install a new floor after only 2 years of having the flooring in our house. Don’t use this company- they don’t understand their products, will say anything to get a sale and will absolutely not provide any warranty work whatsoever- even if the problem was clearly with them.

Just replaced the old carpets with this beautiful flooring installed by Stittsville Flooring. The work was done fast and professionally. Very hard working crew. The result is worth long wait.

Super friendly, fast and accommodating service. When we called for a quote, Abdul was out to check out the project that same afternoon. When we ran into challenges surrounding delivery, Bouchra was quick to offer up a solution and was always available to respond to my texts and phone calls regarding the job. Installers were quick and courteous and happily came back to do some touch ups for us.
