Here is a school that emphasizes leadership skills and personal growth to go along with the traditional martial arts curriculum, which covers many subjects: self defense, jiu-jitsu, MMA, weapons, and more. In time you will realize benefits in all aspects of your life. Recommended for all ages.

Tong Moo Do MMA brought me the most helpful and progressive years of my life. Without it, I don't know where I'd be right now, and I don't want to. Amazing instructors, high quality equipment, and a beautiful philosophy gave me the perseverance to become a black belt. And I'm not going to stop my training. 5 stars all around!
