I'm working on my first contract with TEKsystems and the experience has been terrific. Throughout the recruitment process, I was receiving regular update from the recruiter, Kaitlan Dituri. All members of the TEKsystems team whom I’ve met are very professional. They are quite opposite to some of the staff of other agencies who do not follow up or provide any update on their part of the candidates selection process which they had said they would do. I also appreciate the regular check-ins as well as receiving and relaying positive feedback from the client manager to me. The prompt weekly payment is also better than any of the other agencies that I had work with. Thanks very much for all your help.

I have had a recent experience with Teksystems which prompted me to write this review. The recruiters had been unprofessional in sharing the information with the clients as well as with the candidates. They would share incomplete information and would just say that they forget to include important information on the file. They would call at unexpected times and expect us to reply at the same time. On the other hand, when you ask them to give a call back they would completely ignore your request. In my case, I have incomplete information on the results and I had been trying to follow up since many days. All my requests are falling onto deaf ears. I highly recommend not to pursue their services.

My experience working with TEKsystems has been worthwhile. From the original recruitment to contract assignment, all members of the TEKsystems team I’ve had the pleasure to interact with are professional and are there for me. The past 6 months had been my first foray into job seeking and working with recruiters. TEKsystems has been clearly a cut above the rest. I hold them in high regard, especially because of the great experience and support my recruiting specialist Christina has given. From the beginning she genuinely reached out with my best interests in mind to help enable me to progress in my career and find the next 'best fitting' role. Had rounds of interview with the recruiters Emilia and Nicole totaling 2 hours for a project stated with 6 months' contract to start. Only after a day or two I was told I have an impressive skill-set but this is a 3 months' contract with no extension guaranteed, without any explanation nor apology. They shared they refused to submit my profile to the end client because I had hesitation regarding the project duration, even though I actually expressed a few times I'd like to proceed further and have a conversation with the client manager.Also during the interview" I had with the recruiters

I have been working with Tek Systems Canada as a Senior Software Engineer for the past 6 months. I would definitely recommend them, as they have helped me every step of the way. Very prompt in responding to every query.I would especially love to give a shoutout to Zoe Atkinson who has been my point of contact. She is very competent and always is very responsive to all queries. I'm extremely happy with Teksystems! The recruiting process is very professional and fast. I receive timely status updates. During my contract assignment with the client, all administrative stuff have been set up properly for me and my recruiter maintains regular communication. Overall I appreciate this great experience working with Teksystems!

Extremely poor organization, truly horrible in all aspects: inability to communicate, inability to analyze, inability to read resume and suggest matching roles, inability to own any sort of change no matter how minor despite this being their motto, inability to understand how one meets requirements, inability to follow up, inability to be competent in any part of the recruiting process. Truly and utterly completely useless middlemen who take advantage of you to get piece of your salary for doing absolutely nothing.Avoid all recruiters and recruitment agencies if at all possible.P.s. do not virtue signal and gaslight me or the public by requesting more information. You know what you’re doing wrong, do better ! If you even state that useless template comment here it means you do not read these reviews and paste blanket templates. Additionally, your recruiters sound not of sound mind and very slow of speech and based on their LinkedIn profiles have zero recruiting education (not that I think this is necessary, however your internal training is truly poor)
