I wish more people would visit Rona as the other big box stores. Rona has such great deals that consumers could take advantage of. I believe the more consumers, the better the deal would become. I also want to highlight the welcoming environment of the store. I had to use their auto wheel chair at the moment. People noticed and initiated some kind of chat.

Thank you Payman! This manager went over and above assisting me. I'm a female with no experience in the building industry. Needed wood for a fence and deck and had a difficult contractor. Payman and incredible kind human being made my experience smooth and uncomplicated. Thank you so much Payman for a terrific job, I will forever be grateful.

Borrowed a car and drove across town because posted holiday hours said they were open on Good Friday. Someone didn’t bother updating google. They closed. I’m annoyed.

Don't come here if you need something immediately. It's happened to me 3 times where what I'm looking for is in some bin that is not accessible. Then there's the whole process of finding someone that works in the department, and then getting someone with a forklift to bring the item down. Unless you're ordering for pick up I wouldn't recommend shopping here. Big time waster.

I hope there is a zero rating available. (no one answers the phone nor returns calls from this location)Ordered in person, waited 1 month, got my item, got home and discovered they gave me a used one obvious based on packaging inside with no warranty card, which I needed to claim reimbursement as this was to be a warranty replacement. I feel the people here are overworked & underpaid, hence no inkling to do customer service. I am returning the item & will not come back to this location ever.

The place is massive so make sure you have e a game plan or else you can expect to be here a while.We came here on a weekend and there was only one or two staffs on the floor so we had to wait to be helped. We also ordered in bulk and it took some time for the staffs to locate where the inventory was left in. Expect to wait even longer if the inventories are stored on the highest shelf as they need to find a staff who are qualified to operate a forklift to grab the items.Always go to the clearance section for some in store special and discounted items. For bulk order you can also ask to extend the pickup period.Don't forget to apply for the credit card to take advantage of the one time 10% discount in the form of a gift card.

Honestly an amazing experiences with Rona. We had completely missed our delivery. Our fault entirely. The dispatch team was so kind as to reschedule the same driver to deliver at a later time on the same day. The driver was back in under 15 minutes. They were all so kind and understanding. It was honestly such an amazing experience.

New Pro program is awesome, I used 5% discount and $30 off for the shipment. The staff are amazing. The store receives five star from me only because of Marcelle. She guided me to open the account, receive the discount, helped me for choosing what I was looking for and arranged an appropriate shipment.I will definitely visit this location and specifically Marcelle, in my further RONA purchases.

It took a while to ask few people working at the store to help me find the item I was looking for on my phone. Finally one guy was very good at how the store put their items and he was very kind too.

Store is huge! And almost so similar to home Depot and my dad was looking for ceiling attachments but they were expensive the guy and staff helping us was nice so overall I can't complain. About the service it was good
